I've had this product for two years and I still love it. It's great for helping me improve blood circulation in the face and minimizing my laugh lines. I like to put my moisturizer or a face oil on first and then use the facial massager. It feels really great when it's nice and cold. I don't know why everyone else is having any issues with it loosening up, I've had this for a long time and I don't have that issue. I wouldn't want it to be any tighter or else it will stretch or damage the skin. You really wouldn't want to massage the face like you would your back, your face should be treated gently.

I've bought a few different styles of rolling face massagers as well as finger massagers. I really like them. This is the best face one so far. That said, I haven't splurged for the over $20 products. Under that amount, I love this one. I would like if it has a tension type setting. But instead I just squeeze the handle a bit for a more firm roll. It hasn't broken nor has it cracked. Seems great.

Feels great, but the cat has claimed it as her own - as soon as I get it out, she'll come running and just start shoving her face into the rollers, purring as loudly as she can and occasionally drooling with joy. Cheaper than the ones they specifically sell to use on pets, though.

My cat loves it! Its so funny to watch her rub her head against it after I've stopped using it on her. She doesn't like it over the whiskers from the front of her face but she loves it on the top of her head as well as on her butt.

All of my life, I have been mainly heavy set, but my weight fluctuates. Even when I was super thin, no matter what I can't lose the weight in my face and tend to always have a slight double chin. Recently, I've been losing the lbs. and the same thing was happening- no change in the face. After I found out about this product, I immediately ordered it. I haven't had it for very long, but I try to make time for it every day (missing a day here or there), and I can definitely see the difference. My face shape is unrecognizable. I am Korean and have always had a very rounded face, but with use of this product, it is helping to bring it to a point more and getting rid of my double chin. Would recommend to anyone.

Cheap fun for 5 minutes.

It's cheap, for sure and my cats finally started playing with it (I wedged it into a corner of one of their towers), but the plastic starts to lose its elasticity quickly and after a couple of weeks just stays open wider and wider.

Worth the $2 or so because it was hilarious at first, but I won't replace it when it breaks.

Used it for couple of weeks but didn't see any difference. Well made for the price i paid but not working for me. Its kind of harsh on your face and not soothing at all.

This is fine. I don't know why there are rollers in the middle as those can't reach the face. As to whether it does anything to help lift the face, I kind of doubt it but I'm trying it with some firming face gels. But it's comfortable enough to roll on the face or body.
