WORTHLESS! Boy, I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought this product. Would have saved myself some money. My bad. 1) The glass is clunky and hard to drink from. 2) One froze solid in the freezer, the other didn't even though conditions were similar - I'm a scientist, I made sure of that - there's clearly a quality control issue. 3) They didn't really work to keep my whiskey cold. 4) Finally, like many others, mine cracked even though I was using as directed. I'd return them but, darn, that ain't worth my time.

Don't really chill very well. Inner liquid thaws very quickly. Stopped using because of needing the space in the freezer.

The product was good but on the second day of use

The product was good but on the second day of use, the inside bottom of the glass broke. Fortunately, I didn't drink and glass. I need to work with the company to return them and hopefully get replacement. Great Idea just believe I received a defective glass.

Does not freeze!

One of my glasses will not freeze. It's rather perplexing but no matter how long it stays in the freezer it remains in liquid form. It's unfortunate because I really like these and the one that does freeze is a delight.

Bought for my husband for a gift. Broke after the 3rd time of use. He had just taken a swallow and realized it tasted funny when he saw the inside of the glass had broken. Some of the freezing agent between the walls of the cup had been ingested when he swallowed. We jumped online to research that and thankfully found out it was non-toxic. Disappointing purchase.

These shattered the first time that we used them - great in theory but awful in execution. We followed the directions exactly, but still - broken glass. Find something better quality and pay a little more.

Good idea! Disappointing product!
After taking the glass from the freezer, I poured in some scotch and settled down to enjoy a drink while reading. While holding the glass I heard a crack and saw broken glass and liquid on my lap. I returned the product requesting a refund.

This product did keep my drink nicely cold. However, I did get condensation build up between the plastic and the silicone that caused a drip on my table.
