This is a Card Game for endless fun

Every game of Never Have I Ever presents a chance to relive life's funny, embarrassing and awkward moments with your friends and family members. Well, don't worry, all your poor life decision-making has finally paid off. We've thought of hundreds of things you may or may not want to admit, and added rules to spice things up.

Game Overview

Everyone gets 10 Play Cards to start and takes a turn reading a Red Rule Card. During each round players have a chance to admit whether they're 'guilty' or 'not guilty' of a Play Card. If you're guilty, you have to keep the card. If you're not guilty, you have to discard it. The first person to collect 10 Play Cards wins (or losses depending on how you look at life).

To Play

Each round, a new person will pick a Red Rule Card from the pile, read the directions aloud, and place it face up on the table. Then, all the players (including the player that drew the rule card) does what the card says. For example: One rule card is called "Awkward Moment," which reads: "Everyone passes a play card to you. Once you have everyone's play card, you must answer them all. If you are guilty of the play card, you have to keep it. If you are not guilty of the play card, you discard it."

Ok, here's the deal. After reading all these reviews about how inappropriate and over the top this game is in terms of inappropriateness, LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP, PEOPLE! That's what it is all about! However, this game, unlike CAH, you have to be a little more selective with the group you play with.

This game is Absolutely Perfect for a group of friends who have known one another for a long time. We played this at my annual adults-only Christmas party with friends from HS and college (I just turned 40) to give you an idea of our age range, and had a blast. Many of the situations did not apply to us at times, but the hilarious thing was the so-called "good" people, ended up with more cards than those more "experienced" in the art of making poor life decisions.

This game may not be the best for a group that is new to each other or used as an icebreaker.

My only complaint is with a group of 10 we went through all the cards in about three hours and once you've played through once, the replayability isn't really there like CAH. That withstanding, totally worth what I paid for that 3-4 hours of entertainment. If they come out with an expansion next year, I'm buying it for sure.

i played this at a christmas party with my friends and we had a great time, doubling over laughter mix with 'omg' moments. there were so many things we shared in that room that will also NOT leave that room. fair warning: some of the choices are 17+ rating so keep that in mind if you want to play. the rules are simple but the rule cards do repeat some of the instructions so we had to skip plenty of it. great game.

Very fun game, but definitely not for everyone and you need to be careful who you choose to play with. It can be uncomfortable in certain situations and with certain people. I had a blast playing with close friends, everyone had fun. But, one time it became clear that feelings were getting hurt and some of the couples were getting agitated when male partners were answering questions about past sexual history that their partners didn't like. Of course, the past should be the past, but sometimes this game can pull out information that a partner doesn't want to know and never would if not for the explicit nature of the questions in this game.

Wow! This game has taught me many things. I have learned that my friends have had sex in graveyards, that everyone has shoplifted except me, and that my friends wear dirty underwear. This game is a blast and you can count on it to provide hours of entertainment. We had one couple in our group and that provided for some interesting altercations, as well. Maybe not a good idea to play with family, unless you're REALLY comfortable with them. Either way, loads of fun, great quality game! Not for shy people.

Well need less to say I played this game with a bunch of people including my 20 year old daughter. Needless to say, I learned quite a few things that I really didn't want to know. But I am sure she felt the same way. But our family has a great sense of humor so it was all in good fun. You get rewarded for your past bad behaviors in this game. Sometimes you hate to admit what you did but you get one point for doing so. It is a great party game if you are not easily embarrassed. If you are, well that makes even more fun for everyone else!

I'm not sure why this game doesn't have the same popularity as Cards Against Humanity, because it is definitely just as fun. I chose to buy this products because I was looking for Christmas gifts for my friends, and it was an Amazon suggestion after buying Cards Against Humanity as well as the expansion packs.

Upon opening the game, none of my friends had heard of it before, so we kept the instructions close at hand.

There are for sure more instructions than Cards Against Humanity, but after the group got the hang of it, there were tons of laughs, and we learned MORE than enough about one another. Make sure you play this game with only close groups of friends :)

A good portion of the questions were about drug use. I've got a group of friends that is pretty 'out there' in personality and we didn't enjoy it because of that for one reason. We're going back to our Cards Against Humanity!

Received this game for my birthday...or rather for my birthday entertainment. This game is flat out hilarious. You get to know some of your new friends very quickly with this game. It is along the same lines of cards against humanity, with a twist. Players dish out on the worst things they have ever done. The questions dig into the moral decisions each player has made through out their lives. The person with the most I have ever cards wins...or loses as the cards are things you may or may not want to let people know you have done. It is good to play with people that you know really well as you can call them out on their bull. The only down fall of the game is it can get repetitious as far as what it ask you to do. For example give one of your cards to the player on the left and make them answer it. I recommend the game enjoy it.

If your comfortable in your skin at answering personal even sometimes naughty questions truthful.. this is the game for you!
