Trying to RETURN!!!

To be continued: I just bought this and am giving it three stars for now because the directions are incorrect or dated. The directions tell us to use this twice a week at whatever setting desired. I'm not bald so I chose the lighter setting. However, since I had read here (THANK YOU AMAZON FOR REVIEWERS!) that someone said to use it every other day, I called IGrow to ask about the proper use.

The customer service rep told me that the directions are old and that we MUST use this every other day at the maximum setting for 6 months to get the results they received in their studies.

So, $400 for a product and you can't update your directions??? That's ridiculous.

In the meantime, buyer beware and call the company to ask about the proper use.

Trying to return this thing. It never did anything at all and is a pain to use., I didn't see ANY results. Just called and left a message. WILL they get back? I'll let you know,

First of all it was hard to get in touch with anyone at the company. I had to have the product serviced from my puppy enjoying the cord. It took a few tries & a couple days but I was able to speak with a rep (American) speaking and I told her what happened. One week later to the day she said I would have it back, it was on my door step. No CHARGE, not even freight! BRAND new unit. She never asked any questions only to take care of the customer!! And the new unit has been updated and fits way more comfortable. Thanks Katie... your the BEST!! And yes the product does work for me. Would I recommended this company, without a doubt.

Bought this almost 2 years ago, paid over $600 for the unit. Use of it has never resulted in any more hair on my head. It was a total waste of money, and the price was certainly not insignificant. Additionally, the unit just died on me and will not even turn on anymore....but that doesn't matter since it never helped anyway. I am totally disgusted that Amazon would even list this item on their site. This makes me think twice about the quality of the items Amazon allows to be marketed for them. Oh by the way, now I see that the price has been dropped significantly. Guess people are getting wise to this gimmick product and not buying it.

So far, it seems to be helping. My hair seems a little thicker, and I am not losing any more. I won't know definitively for several more months. I do know that their customer service is excellent. It is reundable up to 6 months if it doesn't work, so I have nothing to lose.

I have only had the product about 5 days and have used it only twice (recommends only twice a week or every other day at the most), so my review is only based on comfort and design. Cannot comment on the product's ability to live up to its claims to regrow hair yet.

As for comfort and design, it is constructed well and is much easier to use than I thought it would be. The controls are fool proof, where you simply choose a picture for what your baldness pattern looks like, then start. it automatically stops after that particular program's time limit is reached. no chance of overexposure or anything. It is comfortable to wear and the built-in headphones are of decent quality too. Only issue is that when I want to watch TV instead of listening to a connected device through the headphone jack, I wish the headphones could be moved out of the way or removed entirely. Harder to hear, but not impossible.

Overall, for the money I am satisfied but am far from noticing any hair growth results as it is way too early!

I purchased this in 2017 -- I use it like three times a week -- I do see hair growth - I had an autoimmune where my hair was falling out -- there is hair coming back but a very fine texture. About a month ago it stopped working - called Amazon and they wouldn't do anything but give me $20 credit -- not much after spending over $400 -- so I called the manufacturer -- I have to say I was impressed -- talked with Johnathan - he said he would do whatever he could to get mine working again -- needless to say within a weeks time -- I sent it back with them paying the shipping fees and they mailed it back working -- that's what I call customer satisfaction -- I wont purchase another high price item on Amazon. Once again Thanks Johnathan for all your support -- I will continue to use my Igrow even it it doesn't grow more hair at least it will keep what I have .
