Unreliable and Not Loud Enough
by L. Young (1 out of 5 stars)

I wanted to provide more stars for the packaging. The fitting and packaging deserve 5 stars. The quality for the price isn't bad either. That's where the love stops.

It fails in performance and sound. Hence one star.

Right out of the box, after a few tests, the spring loaded trigger bent back and didn't even ring anymore. I made multiple attempts to bend it around and it worked (meaning the trigger hit the bell to ring it) sporadically.

If I am on my electric wheels, I need a reliable way to alert people. I really wanted this to be it. I didn't even look for anything else which is what I normally do. I'll buy a few things to see what actually works but I was confident that this would.

I'm disappointed.

Good idea, but flawed execution and better products already ...

Good idea, but flawed execution and better products already exist.

After using this for a few outings, the spring on the "dinger" warped, and it became difficult to use and I returned it.

If you look up the "Thumbdinger" bicycle bell, you'll find it does the same thing as the "Runbell", for a third of the price, with more solid construction. Just put it on your finger, instead of your bike handlebar.

Superer "Hoverboard") This product is great because I am always coming up behind unsuspecting people
by Steve V. Kurtas (5 out of 5 stars)

I use it while riding my Ninebot One S1 (aka. Superer "Hoverboard") This product is great because I am always coming up behind unsuspecting people and with this a can send out a friendly "ding ding". It really sounds like a bicycle bell and people always react positively to it. You need to advertise this better to the "personal transportation" industry. FYI If you think you have pretty large fingers, it might not fit you.

Great for curbing the oblivious behavior of those you love
by David W. (5 out of 5 stars)
November 22, 2016

I've been THAT guy....the oblivious guy standing in a doorway, impeding traffic. And I've been that guy "slow-walking" down the center of the sidewalk, eyes glued to his phone. This bell was designed to reform people like me. A cheery little chime to alert me to my bad behavior; that's all it takes to alert me to the error of my ways.

Classroom management gold
by Sarah (5 out of 5 stars)
June 17, 2017

I'm using this in class as an attention-getter for my students. It's fantastic because it's loud enough to be heard over even the noisiest lesson, isn't lost as I move around the classroom, and still lets me use a pen/pencil/whiteboard marker. A++ unintended application ;)

Ding Ding I'm Here....
by BCTyler (4 out of 5 stars)

I've started to walk in my neighborhood and this is a must have. I use it to warn drivers coming out of their driveways and when I'm walking up on another walker as to not startle them. It's actually playing double duty cause I use it when I'm riding my bicycle also. It comes with rubber finger inserts, like bowling balls, to adjust the size of your fingers and for comfort.

Works Pretty Well
by T. McCarty (4 out of 5 stars)

This was bought more as a funny gift than anything else. The bell rings pretty well, but it is hard to ring if your hands are smaller.

I gave it to my love one. So I had to buy another one
by Jason (5 out of 5 stars)
October 7, 2016

I backed this on Kickstarter long time ago. I gave it to my love one. So I had to buy another one. I use this for running and it so hilarious people will actually thought there is a bike behind them and scared the heck out of them. This thing works like a charm if you don't like to slow down during your run to avoid the crowds that blocking the path.

After a few uses, the trigger that is coiled ...
by Anthony Andrada (3 out of 5 stars)
August 22, 2016

After a few uses, the trigger that is coiled starts to bend in the direction of the pull. Hence, the tension starts to fade from the bell, rendering it less effective.

This was purchased as a gag gift, but my friend ended up really loving it! Great gift for a runner!
