This is my first oil diffuser. I wanted to try and add scent to my home in a more healthy way. The diffuser is what I expected to received. Shipped and arrived promptly and is in working condition. It's a little cheesier than I wanted. It was harder than I thought it would be to find the right "spot" for it to fit into my decor. That is not the sellers fault or any fault with the product and not why I gave it 3 stars. I had problems at first getting it to really release the mist. There were limited directions on the box and I had to refer back to people's reviews on amazon to figure out where I went wrong. After a lot of reading and experimenting, I have figured out not to fill the reservoir beyond the little red marker. If you fill it only to the red marker, it will work well. I hope this helps someone! I am disappointed because I bought this and a set of oils and I cannot smell any of the oils. I feel like it may have been a waste of time and money. I believe it says to add 5-10 drops of oil. I have added up to 15 drops of oil and barely smell anything. And if we do, its only near the diffuser. It certainly does not add any kind of smell to the room. I have a sick child and do not believe they are receiving any of the health benefits from the oil I am using. I am still using it since i bought all this oil, but kind of feel like its pointless right now...

Too Noisy When Using at Night - Also, SILLY place to have the On / Off button!

This was too noisy when using at night. It is not whisper quiet as it promotes itself. I also did not see any mist coming out when in use. I know I could have asked Amazon for a replacement but I decided to return for a refund for two main reasons:
1 - It emits a whirring sound when in use and this can be slightly disturbing when trying to sleep in a quiet environment.
2 - The On/Off button is below the unit, making it impossible to get too without the risk of tilting, or causing a spillage if you want to turn this off at night (due to the annoying whirring sound).

The unit does come with a small remote controller, but if you ever misplace this, the unit is going to be pretty much useless, besides the On/Off below the base.

I have decided to go with the "Anker 100ml Essential Oil Diffuser for Aromatherapy, Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier / Aroma Diffuser with Multi-Color Light and Auto Shut-Off for Bedroom, Nursery or Desk" as I already have the 500ml for my living room. It is simple to use, with buttons easily accessible and is also much quieter.

The first one I ordered was defective and leaked on the bottom to the point where it was empty within about an hour. I complained and was contacted by a representative from Healing Solutions and was given a free replacement. The replacement did not leak and works great. Minus one star for the first defective unit. But four stars for sending a free replacement that works. I would recommend buying this diffuser if you're looking for one since this company seems to stand behind their product.

First, this item does NOT come with the "normal" instructions. I had to ASK the COMMUNITY and as one answer pointed out...THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ON THE SIDE OF THE BOX. Which they are. Just a heads up. However, works great. I use Essentials Oils and the apt. fills with the scent I use very quickly. The changing colors are pleasant and not 'loud' as well. Great diffuser..

THIS IS UPDATE. I purchased this item on November 2...November 21 the started making noise and I contacted the seller via Amazon. The seller handled the complaint and adjustment to the product with the utmost respect and concern for me the customer. This seller has the very best customer service I have seen in a long time. Friendly and stands behind their product. I really do like the unit. The vapor is not heavy and you can alter it to your likes. The changing colors of the diffuser is relaxing. Care and use is easy.

I recommend this product and the seller and all products they handled.

I just started using Healing Solutions oils and fell in love with them. Also have AMAZING customer service. The unit itself is very easy to use, but it came with no instructions booklet. I went on you tube and watched some videos to make sure I wasn't missing something, because there is little to no vapor coming out. Ease of use would be 5 stars, no vapor though. Follow up review, I received a new one thru Healing Solutions at no cost or return for the new, it works great and is very simple to operate. Thank you again for the awesome customer service, I greatly appreciate it!!!

Disappointing... I use with doTerra essential oils... worked well at first, I thought, but I can never manage to get the settings to have it run for very long... and I never go through the water in the reservoir, not a strong noticeable mist... I now have a doTerra petal diffuser, the 4 hours setting uses every last drop of water in the 4 hour run time, so I know I'm not wasting my very expensive oils... for my money, I will buy a second doTerra diffuser and pass on the cheaper price... unfortunate, I'd have rather paid less... but you get what you pay for. I have now had this product for 2 months...

Pretty light... But doesn't mist of diffuse oils

The light itself is cool and it is so quiet. The item did not come with instructions so I did some googling and found videos to help instruct me on how to operate the item. I can hear the machine working but no mist comes out and no scent of the essential oil either unless my nose is right over it, which defeats the purpose of why I bought this item..and it leaves little puddles.

Worked well while it lasted, which wasn't very long at all. Ordered and it did a great job of diffusing essential oils in my large living room. However, within 2 months the diffuser became noticeably weaker and within 3 it had stopped working entirely. A disappointment for something that really wasn't that cheap.

UPDATE: Wow, received a phone call from the company and they asked about the issues with our diffuser and sent us a new one. The new one was an updated version and works great. Altering the review from 3 to 5 stars for amazing customer service.

This Diffuser is ok. Not really satisfied with the lack of instructions it comes with. Once I figured the remote out it worked great and now it leaks. I add Lavender oil in it and with it leaking it makes it sticky and hard to open the top to refill. I tried contacting the customer service through email and did not get much help except I am sorry and it may be defected. I emailed them again once the Diffuser started leaking and that was four days ago and have yet to get a reply back. So over all it works but not satisfied will be looking elsewhere for one.
