The hat clips to your hair or a headband which makes it able to be positioned either to the side or right on top your head. I like this feature though it can be a little tricky. It is however exactly as it should be and is really fun to wear and works well for cosplay. The material of the hat is a high quality felt which is nice and stiff and not floppy so there is no worries of your hat going flat.

holy crow! this was shipped the night i ordered it, and arrived about two days later! and it's exactly as it was advertised too- felt is nice and soft, the clips are firmly attached- i'm super duper satisfied!

My son is a Gravity Falls fanatic and wanted this hat so bad! It does not fit on your head but just sits on it with two clips to secure to your head. My son's hair is not quite long enough to keep it on his head but we were able to make it work. The hat itself feels like a cardboard cylinder on another flat piece of cardboard and covered in felt so you do have to be a little careful not to crush the stack part of the hat.

Just what my son wanted. Probably need to use a bobby pin or two to stabilize the hat. The two clips attached to bottom of hat do work but it still wobbles.
