Stop a LEGO Jurassic World Indominus rex Breakout! Set includes impound with lab and feeding crane, helicopter and a gyro sphere. Direct the Indominus rex back to the impound! Red alert - the huge Indominus rex has broken out of the impound! Zach is inside the gyro sphere launched from the pen wall and now he's under attack. Direct the hunt for the rampaging beast from the impounds research tower. Set off in hot pursuit in the helicopter, evading the dinosaur's snapping jaws and swiping claws. You must get that dangerous dyno safely back in the pen before it causes serious damage. Includes 4 mini figures with assorted weapons and accessories: Zach, an ACU trooper, Dr Wu and a vet. Impound features a tower including research lab with dyno-DNA amber element with mosquito decoration, syringe, dyno pen with feeding crane and pallet, breakout function and gyro sphere launch function, and accessory elements including 2 chicken legs, plants and coffee cup, and translucent light elements. Helicopter features a cockpit for a mini figure, turning main rotor and rear rotor blades. Also includes a gyro sphere. Weapons include the vet's shock rod and the ACU trooper's 2 tranquilizer guns. Accessory elements include Dr Wu's lab bottle and the ACU trooper's walkie-talkie. Feed the Indominus Rex with the feeding crane. Feed the Indominus Rex with the feeding crane. Conduct research in the tower. Launch the gyro sphere from the impound wall. Activate the dyno pen's breakout function.

Perfect for 6 year olds who love Dinosaurs

This Lego set was purchased for my 6 year old son to help keep him occupied while we are still getting the hang of having a newborn at home. My son was able to follow the directions very easily, unlike some other Lego sets he has had. He didn't require any assistance. It did take him 2 days to put it together but he was so proud he did it by himself. This is his third big Lego set and the first one that he did by himself. He loves dinosaurs so this was naturally a hit.

It is built to lego standards so it is great quality like always.

My son LOVES Jurassic Park and LOVES Legos... so this was perfect for his 11th birthday!!! He's been at it since he opened it! :) I was surprised at how big the manual was. It's not just paper instructions, it's more like a magazine! Very nice, and easy for kids to follow! He's on bag 5 and not having any trouble at all so far! Highly recommend!

My 3-year old son is obsessed with these Jurassic Park Lego (and dinosaurs in general). He can't yet build them on his own, but he loves to do them with daddy and his 5-year old sister (who could do the whole set on her own--she's that good!). The only issue I have is that, for the price, I'd love for him to take them apart and rebuild them several times. He's content on just playing with them once they're assembled. We have the entire set of Jurassic Park legos and would buy others if they came out with new ones. Highly recommend for any dinosaur- and Lego-loving child!

Building at a pretty fast pace (for me)

We bought this for my son for Christmas. He's still too little to really understand the instructions, so he asked me to build it for him that night so he could play with it when he woke up.

I threw on my headphones, turned up some music, and got to work.

Building at a pretty fast pace (for me), I finished building the set in just over 4 hours.

I didn't have nearly as much fun building this one as I have had building some other sets, but it still kept me entertained. My son played with it the next morning and loves it. I'd call it a successful purchase.

A fun build

It's always a challenge when you get these great sets of Lego, do you open the box, or keep it protected.

This box did not come in great shape, it was pretty roughed up, and I do not think transportation contributed to that.

That said, everything was in order and the project to build this was amazingly fun.

The final enclosure has survived my sons renovations and modifications and is the centerpiece of his lego work now.

This is an absolutely amazing LEGO set. While assembling it, I was totally astonished at the size and extraordinary detail. The gate opens with ease, and the laboratory and helipad make it look even larger. The huge amount of features is stunning. Not to mention, the purchase of this building kit is one of the only two ways to obtain a mini figure of Doctor Henry Wu (played by B.D. Wong in the movie) and the extremely neat little crystal that represents a chunk of amber, with a mosquito printed on the side. Also, one of the interesting features I noticed is that on Dr. Wu's DNA sequencing monitor in the lab, Mr. DNA is represented. Also, the Indominus Rex dinosaur is the only Jurassic World LEGO dinosaur to have double jointed arms. They can pivot at the shoulder, and the wrist can turn a full 180 degrees. Unfortunately the set has a rather small amount of mini figures, and the absence of Owen Grady makes it a little less accurate to the movie. Also, the gyro sphere's seat occasionally becomes caught on the plastic casing, though I'm sure it will soon wear down and roll with ease. And finally, the fence that splits open never appeared in the movie, as the Indominus escaped through the gate. But other than that, this great set shipped very quickly and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this to any Jurassic Park or Jurassic World fan.

Perfect dino lover set

What an awesome Lego set! My son has just gotten into Legos, and he love love loves dinosaurs. We purchased him one of the smaller Jurassic World lego sets for his birthday, and then he had to collect them all. The Indominous Rex that comes with this set is so cool, and my son loves making him break out of the cage. The entire enclosure can come apart and has great moving parts to it. Legos are super expensive, but the joy that he had opening it and putting it together was all worth it.

My son loves Jurassic World! Well after it was released, he was still into Jurassic World and Jurassic Park and even wanted it to be the theme of his birthday party. Some of the Jurassic World stuff is hard to find in stores now and after saving up his money to buy this set he was so sad to see it wasn't there. He ended up buying another so I decided to go ahead and buy this set here and surprise him for Christmas. I'm so excited to see his face when he opens it! We love the Lego Jurassic World sets!

The awesome thing about these Lego sets is that they are actually a lot of fun to play with after assembling them. He loves playing with the dinosaurs and characters.

My 5-year old grandson put this together entirely by himself. The direction booklet is visual, very detailed, easy enough for an advanced and determined 5-year old. Each step is in a separate bag. It went very well. He did a marathon, taking breaks after 3-hour stints of assembly, for probably a total of 12 hours assembly time. Loved it. Then end product is fun for him to play with, and he knows how to put things back together when his 3-year old brother messes with it.

my 6yo grandson told me he spent 3 days by himself to assemble this set. Loved piecing together as he is a patient little boy who is a Lego admirer.

the set up is absolutely beautiful and I'm sure I wouldn't be able to assemble it as quickly as P did.

would highly recommend for the young Lego artist If anything teaches patience and determination and Lego skills.
