This is a waste of time and money,

the 'Head Support" will not support a head { and I tried many positions}

and it is not steady and will not stay in place and is totally uncomfortable

and impossible to adjust in any fixed manner

plus the sellers 'will not refund based on health issues'!

DO NOT BUY. This will unfortunately be a total dissapointment.

Very disappointed with the product. Unfortunately I ordered two of them thinking this would solve the problem of head bobbing on a long flight.

I could never quite get it shaped to a comfortable position and the under arm strap would not stay in place to hold it down. I found the built in seat headrest actually did a better job.

Wish they had a money back guarantee as I would be sending them both back.

VERY uncomfortable

This was a complete waste of money. I couldn't get the strap that holds it in place to work well and it's not comfortable at all. There isn't much cushion so there was quite a bit of pressure on my face and jaw. Just didn't work. I wrote to the company and all they said was everyone else loved it. Should have pushed for a refund.
