Promising product with some flaws

I ordered the case at the beginning of August and for the first few weeks it worked as promised. I even purchased another one for a friend.

But as time went on it became less affective. I tried the recommended maintenance of wiping down with a damp lint free cloth but it only seemed to help in the short term (a day at most.)

Now it is the middle of September (45 days later) and it seems the case has a scratch that it cant heal from either. (See picture]

Overall it is an impressive product when it works. Maybe I just got a lemon, but with it now being outside of amazon's return period I can no longer exchange it. I don't think I will sink another $40 for a new one.

I like it a lot but there are a few minor problems with it, it doesn't like to stick to textured walls as much as I want and most wood surface it is not okay with, it is great in my car though I have the navigation option but the wanted me too pay 300$ to update the maps so now I just stick it to usually right next to the speedometer and I'm good

It seems like a great idea, and it works well until you or your child get overconfident in its abilities and don't overly check how strong the connection is, and it falls and your phone shatters.

I love this thing. I stick my phone on the kitchen cabinet while I cook and I can Facetime and my phone won't get dirty or wet. I have had it for a couple of months and the grip is still good

I've been very pleased with my case. On a slick surface it'll stick for days but I just need it to stop rolling around in my vehicle. Problem solved now.

Doesn't work properly.

It works for 2 days. Then you have to wash it once again :( so, every 2 days you have to clean it deeply. Or the iPhone drop down.

What a fantastic iPhone 7 plus case! I love the idea of being able to just stick your phone on just about any type of surface. It is cool that it comes with a few different back plates to protect the suction cups when not in use. Just remember to pull the back plate off when you want to suction your phone to the wall. I almost forgot to do that on one occasion :-). Overall a really solid case, very pleased with the product! Also the instructions are easy to follow. Looking forward to being able to buy one soon for my wife.
