Great lightweight tote. Excellent zipper pockets on the inside. it has an opening to slip this tote over your rolling luggage. Foldable travel tote is handy.

Recently got back from Japan with this as my extra tote. At first doubted its size and capacity after unzipping it for my full travel needs so I bought the larger size and brought it with me also. After it was all said and done this thing worked amazingly well with its functionality and different compartments to where I packed so much stuff in it "including the larger bag" so I tagged it and checked it coming back from Japan and I couldn't have been more happy. Will take this with me on all my overseas journeys from here in out. Bringing this thing folded up in your luggage is the greatest thing you can do for packing smart and efficiently.

The bag looked like it was about to bust

The bag did what it was supposed to do. The actual bag is light. I over pack so this bag was still not big enough for me. However I was able to cram toiletry bag, 2 pairs of flat shoes, 8 outfits and personals. The bag looked like it was about to bust, but it held up. I had stuff shoved in every pocket inside and out. Some of these "travel" bags are backpacks or just has the 2 handles. I like this one because it actually has a shoulder strap. I would have given this 5 stars except there is a small area at the end of the zipper where you can still put your hand in. Although the zipper can be locked to one of the plastic pieces to hold the strap, it kinda defeats the purpose if someone can steal something from your bag since there is an opening where you can see in the bag.

Lots of space but not that durable

We ordered two of these bags for our two sons to take to summer camp. One stood up to the test and the others zipper broke on the first day of camp. Space wise it would be hard to find a bag this big for the same price, but if the zipper doesn't work, it really isn't that great.

This is a great concept for an extra travel bag. It can be easily stored in luggage and used as an extra tote when needed. The problem is the zipper that closes the bag is of poor quality. I purchased this bag in March and used it once over the summer and the zipper that closed the bag broke. It is too late to return it but I am now with a bag that cannot be properly zipped.

What a waste of my money! I ordered two bags , one of the bags the zipper broke when I finished packing !!!!! The second bag the zipper broke while I was at the airport!!!!! Complete junk please do NOT buy this product!!!

Perfect backup luggage bag

Black tote bag/medium review: This is a great product. This is an excellent overnight/weekend, carry on, or back up luggage option. It has the pullman handle sleeve. I can remove the cross body strap entirely. It packs small. If I set it on top of a magazine folded, it is a tiny bit narrower, and 2-3 inches shorter. Thickness varies from .5-2" depending on where you pinch it. It fits a lot of items. I put a pair of shoes, a coat an umbrella and 3 changes of clothes in it.

The fabric is a great compromise of weight and strength. It it a ripstop type fabric. As a check bag, I don't think it would have a long life, but as a carry on it feels great. It's not flimsy at all.

What I would change: I would create another size meant to fit under an airline seat. I would make a change so there is no zipper end flopping around at the bottom of the bag. I don't understand why one end of the tote handles is detachable, so I would eliminate those parts from the construction. I would add a zipper at the base of the Pullman sleeve to make it a pocket when not in use. I would make the colors more stylish. The handle snaps are really stiff. If you are older, a kid, have polished nails or arthritis these snaps are going to be a struggle. If not, they will probably still get an occasional desire to curse out of you.

Returned bag because although it was a great idea to have a collapsible bag, the zipper did not attach all the way to the ends of the bag and I didn't like the idea of things falling out the open ends while traveling.
