Just to be clear, this item includes both the standard "Forearm Forklift", and adds the optional shoulder harnesses that will be useful for heavier items and moving up/down stairways. Product seems to be well built with wide straps (3"). I've used these in the past and they are great! Makes heavy/strenuous items to move easy to move so long as you can keep it balanced (its not as hard as that sounds)

I wish I had gotten these sooner!

This is a great tool for moving heavy objects. I have moved many times over the years, and helped friends and family many times. Most recently I loaded a PODS container for a cross country move, and did NOT have this product. Several large and/or heavy objects were difficult to move without these straps, and I narrowly avoided injuring myself trying to move a heavy dresser.

However, before unloading the container at my destination I ordered Forearm Forklift, with the shoulder harnesses. It made moving those large and/or heavy items much faster, easier, and most importantly safer. Since then I have used them a couple more times helping other move. Also, my wife (very small) and I, have moved some furniture around the house using these straps, and due to her small size she wouldn't have been able to help without the straps. With them, it was very easy/safe.

They are absolutely worth the money, and if I ever move again, I may buy a second set, so four people can move items with the straps, to make things go twice as fast/easy/safe.

I will say, I was skeptical at first, but as soon as used them on the first piece of heavy furniture, I was glad I tried them. The increased ease, and safety, made them worth every penny.

Good - would be great with a more options for length

Bought these to use during a recent move. I've seen reviews about receiving counterfeit product. My order was "Ships and Sold by Amazon.com" and the straps we received were heavy duty, made in the USA, and seem to be actual Forearm Forklift product. The basic straps are OK for most furniture. They worked great with an armoir, dresser, and a heavy sleeper sofa. The MovXing Cradle body harness is amazing. We had to move a washing machine and dryer from a laundry room down a short flight of stairs (split-level ranch), then up a full flight of stairs (upstairs laundry room) at our new house. This was accomplished by myself and my 5'2" tall wife.

Overall: Solidly put together, quality product that will stand up to a lot of use and abuse. I would like to see a 4th position on the straps done exactly like the other 3 - it seemed the straps were almost always a little long for our needs. I woulld recommend working with a lifting partner similar in height to yourself. The easiest loads were carried between myself and my father (same height), while those carried between my wife and myself (9" height difference) were more difficult to stabilize and move.

Replaces 4 People!

I just had to make a move with no money for movers and no help, just me, my significant other, and my 13 yo daughter. We moved a 3 bedroom house with these! They take some getting use to and I highly recommend watching some videos on how they work. Once we figured out how to use them properly, they made the move of all our heavy and large pieces easy to do and I have a busted knee, severe carpal tunnel and arthritis! Having these forearm straps with the shoulder harness was like having another 2 strong people there to help lift and another 2 to guide because with these, the furniture was easy to carry and gave you back your hands to open doors all while carrying the furniture.

Awesome totally worth it great product

I have to be careful lifting things as I have had a back injury in my past. We purchased a bedroom set two couches and some outside furniture from a neighbor Myself and a friend were able to move all of it very easily. The straps are a huge help we used the forearm forklift straps without the harness more often than both together but we were happy we had both. The harness part would have been better for us if the adjustable straps had one more place to put the hooks through. We are both around 5'-8" and even on the lowest one it was still a little long for us for some items but we really could have moved everything with just the forearm straps they are great as long as you take a minute or two and review the recommended ways to use them. I am sure in the future we will use them anytime we have something difficult to move. They really are great and well made.

Used this to lift a piano.... Yup... An upright piano, about 800lbs worth. Make sure you stand up straight, and have the buckles near your hips. Use your legs. Balance was a little tough, but that was due to the piano being top heavy. Totally worth it.

I saw online how Amazon is selling knock off versions of this, so I thought I rather spend a few more dollars and benefit the actual person who invented and owns this product and I am SO glad I did!!!!.

My husband and I recently moved across the country and this forearm forklift wasn't only top quality, but it was bomb at performing. Our friends and I moved a couple heavy dressers, washer/dryer and several other heavy items with no problem!!!!, I was surprised when hubby and I lifted our 150lb dresser like it was nothing!!

So Happy with These
by Missus or Mr.R. (5 out of 5 stars)

We bought these a few months ago and sort of just packed them away to use when we needed. Well, recently, we busted them out to move some furniture around the house, and let me tell you, these things are a game changer.

We've just been using the forearm straps without the harnesses, but even just using it that way, the difference is VERY noticeable. It takes ALL the strain off of your hands and fingers, since you're not really using them to grip or hold what you're moving. It feels more like you're using your legs and core instead of your arms and back.

I would highly recommend these to anybody that's going to be moving heavy stuff. My buddy's a professional mover and I'm actually planning on telling him about them.

Quite possibly the best moving related invention since the hand truck
by Marksman1122 (5 out of 5 stars)

These make moving awkward, large objects like mattresses and dressers a breeze. I wouldn't say they're a replacement for a hand truck or furniture dolly, but they made our recent move much easier. Their biggest strong suit is helping you to actually hold on to objects that don't have the best handholds such as dressers, armoires, and mattresses. You simply loop the straps underneath, put your arms through the holes, and lift. The included shoulder harnesses were useful for heavier objects because it keeps the load off your arms and you can then use your arms for added stability. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is going to be moving.

Probably best for tall people & only 3 adjustments
by P. Connolly (1 out of 5 stars)
February 27, 2018

Tried to move tables, oven and refrigerator. My son is 6'2" and I am 5' 8". We had both straps at the shortest adjustment and still could not get enough height to make it up over each of the steps. We ended up ditching the straps and lifting and using a dolly. Straps with variable adjustments probably better. These only have three distinct adjustments.
