I truly wish I could give this item zero stars. Very cheaply made and the water sprayed out in all the wrong places& directions. I even brought over to neighbors to see if I was connecting improperly but they had same results. They even tried to fit with washer but we ended up wet before we even brought our dog into the equation . Sadly the good reviews posted have been through members who received a discount to write a review.

I love this thing. My dog seems calmer during bath time and I stay dry. It's a great product except for the fact that after a few uses the dial that you turn to switch from regular water to soapy water doesn't turn easily. I have to use a wrench, which is a hassle. I would give 5 stars if this didn't happen.

Awful! We did not use it right away so we can not get our money back!!! Lasted for 2 wash then the trigger broke. We should be able to get a refund.

Could use a lot more water flow

Cool design but the flow through the little openings is pretty low. I'm thinking about drilling out some of the little holes to allow greater water flow. The soap dispenser dilutes the soap as you use it so the first few minutes you get ok soap flow but the soaping effect diminishes rapidly. Does not have label on controls so you have to guess which way adds soapor turnes it off.

Mediocre Implementation of a Great Idea

The only part of this product that screams "GREAT!," is the concept. It isn't terrible, though, and will do for a quick wash or rinse. If you are looking for a deep-clean, I'm afraid, you are going to have to do it yourself - or pay someone to do it. The jets aren't powerful enough, nor is any of it made with enough quality-control to feel like you are using a quality product. It isn't expensive, so THAT'S good. Would I buy it again? Probably not...

THE WOOF WASHER 360 IS THE PERFECT TOOL FOR WASHING YOUR PET. IT SOAKS THEM DOWN JUST RIGHT, AND RINSES OFF THE SOAP WELL. HOSE HOOK-UP IS SIMPLE AS WELL. THE ONLY DRAWBACK THAT I COULD SEE WAS KEEPING THE "HOOP" OPEN WHILE THE WATER WAS TURNED ON. IT JUST DIDN'T WANT TO STAY!

Flimsy, broke after 2nd use

I used this product to wash my 100lb German Shepherd. It is cheaply made and even with the water pressure on full blast, it still did not give good water output. One of the hinges broke off during my second use. I actually bought some of those shedding gloves to wash him with and they worked better. I think because it can get close to his skin when scrubbing. He smelled amazing afterwards!
