I love this thing. But I found like a pack of 8 washcloths for like $6 that are 100% microfiber that work the same. If you have the money to buy a $20 washcloth all the power to you. But if you're in a budget just get the 100% microfiber ones they are literally made of the same thing on the tags.

I was so ready to write a review about what a piece of crap this is; boy was I wrong! This actually works! I usually use the Neutrogena cleansing cloths which work okay but this makeup eraser blows them out of the water. I can't believe how great it is.

UPDATE* I've had this for about two months and I still love it!

Another UPDATE* I went to a show last night and got the dreaded -haaand staaamp-. Of course, because they use ink developed my NASA, I couldn't wash it off. I can't show up to work with a giant robot stamped on the back of my hand so I scrubbed and scrubbed. When my skin was gone but the stamp wasn't, I tried the Makeup Eraser as a last resort. That sucker damn near got the whole thing off!!! I'm so impressed by this thing I'm going to get another one just in case they stop making them!

DRENCH this thing. Get it SOAKING, SOPPING WET - and everything from waterproof mascara, to false eyelash glue, to lip stains just melt right off with a few gentle glides across your face. IF YOU HAVE TO RUB - IT IS NOT WET ENOUGH. Seriously. When it's adequately wet, a gentle glide is all you need to erase the makeup from your face. DON'T WRING IT OUT after wetting it. If you do, it will be too dry. If you don't want it to drip, then BARELY wring the end of the cloth, but keep the rest fully soaked. TRUST ME it will work for you. I have sensitive skin and even mildly abrasive things, like certain makeup brushes, will cause irritation. This is the most effective makeup remover I've ever used and it is so soft and gentle. I'm gifting every girl in my life this for Christmas.

I received a sample of the Makeup Eraser and immediately fell in love. No more wasted cotton pads and bottles of makeup remover. But when it came time to order the full size product, I was a little nervous about ordering on Amazon, as some reviewers thought it might be a fake. So I decided to order one from the Makeup Eraser site (the purple one) and one from Amazon (the pink one). My opinion is that they are exactly the same. No fakes here. Plus, it was less expensive on Amazon and I got an even greater discount for "no rush" shipping.

Horrible Allergic Reaction!!

After using this"Magic" makeup eraser for the past two days, my skin has broken out in a horrible rash. Whatever they use to treat this washcloth is extremely drying and feels downright weird as I washed my face with it. The rash is red, blotchy, inflamed, and it burns and stings to boot! This product is a total dud!! Cleansing my face with a gentle face wash alone is the way to go. Now I have to go to a dermatologist to help clear up the hot mess this product made of my face. Buyer Beware!!!

I am so confused over the "rave" reviews on this. I purchased this thinking it was going to be amazing. Come to find out it is literally a washcloth. A soft washcloth at that. Maybe I'm just old school enough to remember washcloths. I have no clue. For $20.00 this does absolutely nothing special that a soft washcloth can't handle. If I had it to do over again, I would not waste my money on this product.

I was definitely a makeup remover wipe kinda girl (Nutrogena, Equate, etc.) but it always felt like I ran out of them too fast. Some of them burned the heck out of my eyes. Not to mention, they're so expensive to buy over and over again! I decided to give this makeup eraser cloth a try. I was very skeptical at first, because how can a plain cloth with nothing in it take off all your makeup? With just water? Well, I still don't know, but I do know it works wonderfully! It definitely takes off my full-coverage foundation, waterproof eyeliner and mascara as well. It's super soft and doesn't feel like I'm tugging at my skin at all. I love that it's kind of big, so you can use different sections of it for a week and then throw it in the wash. And apparently it lasts 3-5 years?! I'm going to save so much money! And then I'll buy a new one!

Works best when fully saturated with water. Don't squeeze the water out, just wipe!

I purchased this based on some positive reviews, and they can't even touch how amazing this product is. When I purchased this product, I did so because I was tired of using mascara removers and washing my face and still having mascara or makeup on a makeup pad while swiping toner on my face. Well, that problem is now gone. This product seriously does what it says - it erases makeup! I could not believe the way it removed my makeup the first time I used it! You use it for a week, toss it in the wash, and use it again. I was wondering how it would clean up in the laundry, and it looked brand new - no mascara was left after it went through the wash. I will be purchasing a second one, and hoping that they continue to make this product as it is - no changes. It is amazing and if you're considering purchasing it - do it! No more chemicals to remove that makeup!

Sensitive Skin-Beware!

I was so excited to find a reusable make up remover wipes, as I have started to become really environmentally conscious. I'm a natural redhead and I usually have to stick with a certain brand of wipes or my face breaks out.
I went ahead and opened it, I don't have a washer and dryer in my apartment and instead of waiting a week to wash it I just rinsed it really well with warm water. I tried to remove the make up on my face and it felt like I was dragging a piece of sandpaper across my forehead and cheeks. These areas are now both, red and inflamed. Not only that, but I had to pick the pink fuzz off of my face, and it feels like it got into my eyes. I won't be using this again. Total waste of $20, I will absolutely try to return.

OMJesus! Why am I just now knowing about this product??? I bought this to save money from using the disposable makeup removers, not believing it would actually work. This towel is nothing short of amazing! I wet it, then remove even the toughest long wearing makeup in minutes. And when I'm done, I use hand soap to clean it. I'm so glad I found this. If you're trying to reduce your personal contribution to the world's waste, give up the makeup wipes and try this towel. You'll thank me. Trust me.
