First of all, this is an amazing product. It has kept our border collie busy so that we can entertain outside without him dropping a wet ball in our guest's lap. After a year of continuous use, we needed to replace the spring inside. GoDogGo quickly sent a replacement par under the warranty period. First rate company and first rate product.

Had this for years. It makes my life much easier as my dog uses this all day long. However, today it just threw metal everywhere and made a loud pop. So it's broke. I really want a new one but they are so expensive I'll have to just throw the ball manually. Great product. Life span of mine 2 1/2 years.

Not purchased from Amazon unfortunately, but directly from GoDogGo's site. This product has helped my border collie use some of her "unlimited" supply of energy. It only took us a few hours to train her to drop the ball in the bucket. It also took us some time to get her accustomed to the sound of the machine winding up (before it launches). I would high recommend this product to anyone with a fairly intelligent dog that needs a job to do at all times.
