had they not discontinued the drinkmaker, and stopped producing the pods that the thing needs to work I'd give this thing much higher marks it was a really neat item. it's now a very expensive water cooler. the soda making functions won't work anymore.

I had high hopes. The expense of the pods didn't deter me as you can find deals that make it bearable. I actually gave the quality of the Kold pods a consistent 1.5 on a scale of 1-3. The flavor was weak, the sweetner wasn't impressive/was weak and on some of the pods the carbonation tasted like what you might get at a fast food restaurant that shot too much soda water with the syrup. Definitely a disappointment - i am glad though that Keurig is offering refunds on the product on those bought before June 10th as they have now discontinued the product for now

This machine has made it easy for me to enjoy sodas at home without having to lug co2 cartridges or heavy bottles or cases of soda. I am handicapped and have trouble breathing and walking and the pods are delivered to me, and make much easier for me. I'm so sorry to hear that as of June 7th keurig will no longer sell the kold machine, as I have enjoyed it so much. Yes it takes up lots of space on the counter and the pod cost lots of money ( Pod have come way down now 1.99 for a 4 pack ) I hope kuerig will continue to try and redesign the machine to make it smaller and a more reasonable price. I did get mine for a lot less than the original price on amazon. For version 1.0 and all the technology that went into the machine I think it is fantastic that you can get cold drinks in one and half minutes. Maybe version 2.0 will be better. I gave 4 stars only for it so heavy and takes up counter space. Have had kold 2 months now and working great.

Worst waste of money ever! Does not work! Bought it as a Christmas present in 2015 and now I am hassling with the manufacturer to get a refund. My claim has been denied once even though I submitted all required information via the Kuerig refund program website as requested and I had to re-send the requested information via email again. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!

We purchased this Keurig Kold and about 6 packages of drink mix. We probably got through 3 boxes and the Keurig quit working. It would no longer get cold enough to make drinks. I finally had to send it back. Keurig has the right idea, but they have a lot of bugs to work out!

Arrived a few days early, excellent condition when arrived, all the drinks were awesome my favorites are Flynns Rootbeer, Coke, Sprite, and Flynns Cream Soda. The Dr. Pepper tasted watered down. Also be sure to buy at Keurig a 4 pack is about $3.

I brought this Keurig machine and I it started running loud and stopped setting to make soda. When I did my review before it was only two months. Now Keurig has discontinue the Keurig Kold drink maker and I have a lot of pods that I can use. I called Keurig and they have no repair location for this machine. Since machines are soon to be worthless, I feel someone need to send me a replacement to get rid of all these pods By the way, these pods are not cheap.

I love this machine! I only hope they make the pods easier to get at any store! I was nervous about this purchase at first but I honestly have to say it's well worth the money in my opinion!
