ION’s Supersight is a compact digital magnifier that is easy to position and simple to use.

There are countless situations where you have to see and study minute details with greater precision than you could ever see by eye: small print, handwriting analysis, art/currency authentication, fingerprint assessment and many others. A traditional magnifying lens has very limited magnification power (typically less than 3x), it can’t record an image to a permanent record and can be cumbersome to use.

Supersight is the ideal solution.

It digitally magnifies the subject up to 10x from a distance of just 1 inch away. Details stand out with incredible clarity on its 3.5-inch VGA display.

Store the digital pictures to the removable micro SD card and easily transfer them to another device.

Supersight lets you photograph and archive any subject in close-up detail.

This is a wonderful tool, my mom (91 years old) has macular degeneration and relies on the ION Supersight. She uses it for cooking, looking at the buttons on her washer, dryer and dishwasher. Absolutely necessary for reviewing bills and magazines!

Good Choice

Because of Macular Degeneration my vision is not so good. Trying to read small print is a challenge. In rows of letters or numbers some tend to disappear from my view. This Supersight has helped me several times already and it seems to hold a charge very well. I am glad to have found this helper at such a reasonable cost.

Good condition & quality; missing the batteries; battery life is only 1-2 weeks of use; best to use AC plug with USB cord provided for power. Previously used Chinese version, until rechargeable battery died after 2 years of use.

Bought this for my Mother who has macular degeneration. It has worked wonders for her and now she can continue to read and look at small print and items. It is worth the money and then some!

the bright led lights shine and create a glare on some items you might want to save to the sd-card...this has happened more than once...and the result is a definate scan BUT with bright 'flash' spots...i cannot find out how to turn off the lights...but it seems you can't and are stuck with it...perhaps future models will be light selectable...it is better than squinting at small print...so for that 3 stars...but with the severe 'glare' and 'flash' spot issue...i cannot rate it higher
