I was ecstatic when I found the new way of taking "Pooch Selfies" with my pups and photos with them looking at the camera in general! First used on our youngest's Barkday this past weekend. The squeaker in the ball is perfect and even grabs the attention of our senior pup who can't see well so he "looks" at the camera! We also LOVE that any squeaky tennis ball will fit since we don't trust our youngest pup not to get hold of the "Pooch Selfie" one and start destructing as he does with any tennis ball over time...you can see he was attempting to steal it in the photos...We had a blast taking the pictures and giggling with our pups and can't wait to use it for an upcoming Dog Rescue Party!

The only issue or concern is that we have to remove my phone case for the attachment to go on properly. It is an easy workaround, but would be great to have a little give like many Selfie-sticks do so that cases may stay on when using. I was using with my iPhone 6 that has a small plastic and sillicone case around it.

I hadn't seen the note that the Pooch Selfie isn't compatible with the Otterbox case for iPhone, but I duct taped it to a chip clip--problem solved! The product works very well; mine went crazy for the squeaky ball--just a challenge to keep the pups from getting it! You can see Sofia licking her chops wanting it...

I absolutely love this product! After I opened the package, I immediately put it on my cellphone and before I could even call my dogs they were sitting next to me looking up at it, as if they were dying to know what the new toy was! They sat patiently waiting while I snapped a few pics. Then when I was done, I removed the ball from the device and played with them for awhile. Later, I put the ball back in the device, reattached it to my cellphone and snapped a few more pics. This works great! Nothing like a ball to get a dog's attention!

I love this, my dogs love balls so this works great! I found that if I held the ball with one hand, the dogs paid better attention to me, it also made it easier to press the camera button. It says selfie, but I used it turned the other way and it worked great too. It also worked on my 18 month old little boy😂, not quite as well, but it made a difference in quality of the pictures when he would look at the ball.

I only opened this product 2 hours ago but so far am really happy with it. Only 4 stars though because it should be a $5 item, not $13. Essentially, you are buying a plastic piece that attaches to your phone (worked with a leather Apple iPhone 7 case) and a single squeaky tennis ball. I suspect the tennis ball will die a quick death but the beauty is that most tennis-sized balls will fit in the plastic piece and give you many photos of attentive pups in the process. My girls were so intrigued they didn't look away and I got some great pics of their faces.

All in all, if you don't mind spending the money to get some fun shots of your furry friends, its worth a try!

Love this idea!! Kept my dogs attention for the perfect shot. Didn't fit my phone case perfectly (I have an Otterbox), but it is stated in the description that some cases are not currently compatible. Even though it didn't fit on my phone case snugly I made it work and would highly recommend it for a quick and fun way to get that perfect shot!

My German Shepherd is super camera shy

My German Shepherd is super camera shy. It's impossible to get a photo of him that isn't just a blur. However, the only thing that trumps that, is a ball. Before, I would have to hold the ball in 1 hand and maneuver my giant phone with the other to get a photo. But this item takes away all the hassle.

I was so hopeful for this product, saw the owner on shark tank and even ordered two, one for my sister. However, the problem is that most of us have phone cases on our phones and even my slim case prevented it from easily attaching to my phone, let a lone my husbands phone with it's Otter case. So much potential, Georgia (our golden) was immediately interested in the ball but I couldn't hold up the ball and manipulate the camera all at once. Wish I had a more promising review, really liked the owner and could relate to his love for dogs! All the best!

My main issue was my dog was playing with the ball and it more or less disintegrated when she was chewing on it for a matter of 15 maybe 20 minutes and she's not even twelve months old nor that big of a dog. The plastic piece itself was okay but even with my phone which is an S7 and a fairly small case I felt it was kind of snug on the phone and putting more pressure on the glass touchscreen than I would like to. It was a cool novelty but realistically you can hold an item up in front of your phone and get the same result the clip doesn't really serve much purpose especially now with selfie sticks and other ways to be able to actually snap a shot without taking your hand off of the phone IE volume button clicking and other options that are available on Android.
