When I first received the item it worked fine. A day after the pulse stopped working so I contacted the company via facebook. They were quick to respond and were very concerned. No sooner than a day they shipped me a new one! This one works great. I recommend the SQUARE3 to anyone! Great customer relations. I've never seen service this good. Thank you

I love this machine. I take soup to work for lunch and usually get 3-4 portions out of each soup. It's not huge but it's just so easy! I throw whatever I have around (after I easily saute some onions), autosoup, autoblend, done! Plus it's so easy to clean. I raved about it to coworkers and two bought one- and then mine just died. First the autosoup button went out then the whole thing. But within 24 hours of contacting them by email, they've already got a replacement on the way. :) Sad I didn't get soup this week, but glad for their awesome customer service. No regrets.

Easy to use and fast. It makes making soup for 2 or 3 very easy. If you have a large family, I suggest getting 2. It's worth it.

I ordered because I wanted a soup maker. Doesn't hold enough. One really needs recipes so one knows the quantity of ingredients that will fit. Only three soup recipes included they refer you to their website for more recipes but of five is just not enough so one be have to make own recipes. Going too return it.

Ok, so I have had this product for a little more than a week. I have to say I am extremely impressed with this product. This "Blender" goes above and beyond the expectations that I've had for it. There are a lot of good blenders that just blend that cost twice as much as this one but this one does a lot more than just blend. I would recommend this to anyone for sure!

This thing broke after like 5 uses. Tried getting customer service on the line, NO ANSWER, EVER!!!! They actually have a message center but no one ever returns your calls or is there to pick them up. Got them to reply to email once but they require proof of purchase, model number is not enough, they want to see a receipt. Finally found the receipt, no answer. Seriously, go with a different company.

Please understand I am writing this review after having bragged to everyone about this blender.

So my only problem with the blender is the lid. When it worked it worked great. However the first one I had, I believe I put the lid on with a slight angle. On the lid there is a cheap plastic piece sticking out that goes into the handle and pushes down a switch. The plastic piece is both to keep the lid closed and a safety switch to let you use the blender. Well that broke off.

Ok, I'll accept responsibility for the first time.

So I bought a second blender because of how well it worked when it did. Now two weeks ago, the blender was on and working and apparently the vibrations broke the plastic piece off itself while it was running... I am not kidding here guys.

This is twice now.

But that isn't the only reason I'm giving a 1 star review. The plastic piece is held onto the lid with two screws. They could easily make a metal replacement part for this and actually fix the issue. But they do not.

They know the lid is poorly made. That's why it is the only replacement part you can buy from their website for $10.00. I'd pay $10.00 for the metal piece to actually fix the issue...

And this still isn't the only reason I'm giving a 1 star review. I've called the company several times over the last two weeks. Their "support" number goes right to voicemail. Ironically the first thing you hear is a warning with a list of products they do not want you use use as they cause a disaster in your home. I feel safe. So I left a voicemail and almost two weeks have gone by and I have not heard anything from them.

I also tried emailing them as well with no luck.

So this blender has potential. I liked making pizza sauce in it. But the lid is poorly designed. Worse they could fix it but want you to keep buying a replacement lid so they have residual income coming in. (this is a guess as to why the don't fix it)

If I decide to buy another lid, I will either make a mold and make a metal version of the piece OR scan it in so I can 3d print replacements. Considering the part that breaks can be unscrewed, we shouldn't have to buy a whole lid for $10 when we could just replace that part.

Under no circumstance should you buy this product. I had 2 of them and they are terrible. The company provides no customer service. The product works about 3 times then the electronics go and it doesn not function. Major waste of money and should not be allowed to trade on amazon
