As a dentist, I have seen the difference that electric toothbrushes can make for someone's dental health. Gums become firmer, bleed less and become less sensitive. The sonic vibrations also help to disrupt bacteria and create micro bubbles that get into places that manual toothbrushes can't reach.

I am exposed to a variety of different electric brushes from several different companies. The Triple Bristle is the only one that makes brushing fool proof. You don't have to think about positioning the bristles properly for maximum effectiveness. The brush does it for you. That's why the 3 sided design is superior to all other brushes. I personally use it and recommend it to my patients because I know it will make a big difference in the health of their gums and teeth. Here are a few tips for people who are new to Triple Bristle based on some feedback from my patients:
1. It's a completely different way of brushing so be patient. It takes a bit of time (sometimes up to 2 weeks) to get used to positioning the brush head so that it doesn't tickle. As you use it longer and longer you will find that it does a great job and feels very comfortable in your mouth.
2. Even though you can brush for a shorter period with the Triple Bristle, I still recommend brushing the entire two minutes so that you get the same benefits as brushing 6 minutes with a conventional toothbrush.
3. Use a toothpaste that isn't overly abrasive. Look up the toothpaste abrasiveness value when picking a toothpaste and make sure it's below 70. An abrasive toothpaste can remove enamel if used for long periods of time.
4. Read the manual that comes with the toothbrush. It has a lot of great information that can help with your oral health.
5. Continue to floss or use some sort of interdental cleaning device. No toothbrush can completely replace flossing or cleaning between teeth (not even if they claim that it does).
6. This sonic toothbrush is especially beneficial for people with a history of gum disease, lots of dental restorations, special needs, dexterity issues or anyone who wants to have an easier time brushing their teeth properly.

Teeth Never Cleaner

I waited a week to review this to make sure it was as good as I initially thought. I have become something of a clean teeth fanatic. Went through a phase (when I was young and unconcerned) where I ate too much sugar and had bad toothbrushes. Paid the price with cavities and root canals that I KNOW were preventable. I had no problem making the change to Triple Bristle Best Sonic Electric Toothbrush. I have a small mouth and found this easy to maneuver all the way to back teeth. The back of my top teeth are clean! I have never been able to brush that area properly, it tickled and felt weird. This brush easily gets that entire section. I have also been using a sonic scraper for plaque. Again, the need for this tool has been greatly reduced by using this toothbrush. NOTE: I use baking soda (the good kind, natural without aluminum) and a smidgen of Oregano oil to make teeth sparkling clean. GREAT BRUSH!

Love this product. Purchased in December and brought it to my dentist today. She loved it and was amazed by it. She told me this is the best brush you could be using for your teeth and gums. When she did my cleaning, she told me it was the easiest cleaning she ever did!! She said there was no particles coming out between my teeth and my gums are super healthy! She plans to recommend it to her patients! A great price for a great product and great mouth!

I look forward to brushing my teeth with this new device and I brush more often because it feels so good. There is a learning curve. I had to reread the instructions a second time. You don't use it like a regular toothbrush. It fits over your teeth like a glove. I use the strongest setting and it still feels easier on my gums than my other electric toothbrush. I use two cycles. One regular and another pulsating. I highly recommend it.

I love how clean my teeth feel after using my new triple bristle brush. It did take a little time to figure out a new flow to my tooth brushing routine, but I got that sorted, and it's been great not only for my teeth but for my gums too! I've only had it for a few weeks, but so far I would definitely recommend it to a friend

I cannot speak to the battery life as this is a new device, but the cleaning is phenomenal. Everytime I brush my teeth I'm amazed by how much of a difference I feel over my traditional brush. I have yet to decide if the cost is worth it. Depends on how often I have to replace the brush heads at this point.

I bought this for my son who has autism & cerebral palsy and struggles with fine motor tasks. He reports that this is the first toothbrush he has used that truly brushes his teeth completely without assistance. His dentist was really pleased last week when my son went for a cleaning by the lack of plaque. The only problem is getting the toothpaste on between the three heads at first but after a few uses it became easier. I'd highly recommend it for anyone but especially adults with any fine motor issues such as CP, Parkinson's, arthritis and those individuals with motor planning deficits.
