This may be my husbands favorite purchase to date! We are getting so much more out of all of our toothpaste & lotion tubes. This is heavy duty material- this baby is going to last a lifetime! I am so impressed with this item--- definitely worth the $!! We mainly bought this because two of our children are prescribed expensive medicated creams that come in difficult containers to squeeze (the tubes are made out of a very hard, metal-like substance)- this makes sure we are getting every last drop out which really saves us money in the process.

Too big and bulky for what I wanted, to use with a tube of toothpaste. Will probably return soon.

Need to update, 03/04/2018, I initially gave this product a one star rating because I felt like the description was somewhat deceptive and the product was not suitable for my needs. Once the seller noticed my review he immediately issued a full refund of the purchase price and apologized for the misunderstanding. I find the sellers actions to be very honorable and even though I am unable to use this product I will admit that it is very well constructed and appears to be very durable. In lieu of my one star ratting I think the seller deserves at least 4 stars due to his quick and honorable actions.

Accomplishes Nothing That One's Fingers Can't Do As Well

The quality of the product is fine, but on a 1.5-ounce metal tube I get more out using my fingers than this device is capable of squeezing out. That's because as it gets to the orifice end, it stops, whereas with my fingers I can press inside behind the head of the tube or bend the end and get a lot more content out. I doubt this would be an improvement over using one's fingers even for a person with some degree of debility, and if it were used for a medicinal ointment rather than say a paint tube, then the content would have to be squeezed onto some surface rather than one's finger, because two hands are necessary to use the tool. It's also quite large, around 4 x 4.5 inches. It does make the tube look pretty, as shown in the seller's photographs, but that's probably not why most people would buy it.

It gets three stars because it's perfectly well made, just worthless. And obviously some people find it worth something.

This will get just almost every drop of paint out of my small water color tubes. Even used it on a toothpaste tube and it worked great.

This is an excellent tool for the artist. This all metal device grips even the largest and stiffest tube of oil paint and pushes the remaining paint toward the top so that you can use practically every bit of paint in the tube.

It sets in a series of crimps so that you have all the printed information i,e, the paint color. Just make sure that you don't overdo the wringing because there is enough pressure generated to burst the tube or have a loose cap come off. Great tool.

This works great...but....it is huge in comparison to a 'toothpaste' tube. It can work on one, but you most likely will have a hard time getting the toothpaste tube with this attached, back into any drawer. This has now become a tool for 'large silicone' tubes, etc. Instead of illustrations of toothpaste tubes to the upper right of the item, they should picture a real toothpaste tube next to the item, so that you can see how big this device is compared to the tubes, and how large and awkward the two combined really are. Wish they made this exact same item 'much smaller' so that you could really use it for toothpaste tubes. I've had the plastic squeezers and was hoping to get one in metal that would last longer...but this became a workshop item for my husband instead.

when you grip your paint tubes it has a tendency to cut into your hands.

If you're not careful, you can also poke holes in your tubes.

So... USE CAUTION (and maybe wear a thick glove!)

I really liked the idea of this item and loved the fact that the whole thing was metal, durability is a huge deal to me.... anyways i used it a few times on toothpaste and it worked great, but it could use a locking mechanism or latch to keep it locked, this design needs you to hold two thin pieces of metal shut as you twist a knob. i dont mind but im sure its going to dig into my fingers.....i do like the product though.

Quality Tube-Squeezer

Super easy to use. Very sturdy, no wiggling or loose parts, nothing too tight. Doesn't require a lot of hand strength.

I use it for paint tubes and it really brings ALL of the paint to the front of the tube.

Tip: Note the quality of the physical tube you're squeezing.

If there are any weakened spots in the seams or any punctures, the paint/toothpaste/product WILL come out of that hole as it comes through the squeezer. For older tubes of paint, I'll loosely wrap a paper towel around the tube so any potential mess doesn't get on the metal squeezer.

This thing is so cool. The day it came I just went around the house and squeeze any tube I could get my hands on. I use a lot of small tube of skincare, so it's super annoying thinking you are basically done with a tube only to find out at least a quarter of the product is still left when you cut open the tube. This cuts down on the amount of product left in a seemingly empty tube significantly. It does not completely get all of the product out of small plastic tubes, but it makes my life a lot easier. Plus it's just fun to use.
