Product Description
We combined our philosophy of using fresh, locally sourced ingredients with the age-old craft of fermentation. We age our secret pepper mash in whiskey barrels for 1 month. The sriracha takes on complex flavors from the oak barrels and the natural fermentation process. Absolutely no preservatives or additives go into our sriracha. Each bottle is handcrafted and made in small batches to ensure the most intense flavors. INGREDIENTS: organic chili peppers, brown sugar, organic garlic, and sea salt.Features

Its not that special. The only good thing is that it is healthier I guess than the store bought red colored sugary heinz standard. Small container, still sweet with some siracaha flavor. Not inclined to buy again for this price.

A good flavor, very clean and bright. Not terribly hot. I found it lacked some of the "funk" of other Sriracha brands. Viewing it as not a sriracha but as it's own sauce it's very good.

It's got a really nice flavor; it's not sweet at all. It's got subtle smokiness. It's very, very, VERY spicy - much spicier than other srirachas that I am used to. If you love very spicy things, this is for you.
