Just got this product for my son it shuts off after 10 seconds cant turn turns off. Worst of all called CS waited for someone for a half hour then go someone who asked me a ton of questions said i need to send a picture of the product to prove i bought it! When i said could i speak with someone that can assist me he told me that person left for the weekend!!

The first one we received did not charge properly. It was replaced with no hassle and no cost to us. We received the 2nd of but it didn't come with a charger.

My son is not able to turn RIGHT. The thing beeps when he turns right and throws him off.

He is able to turn left...and was at one point able to turn right. Something broke? There's no recourse for fixing this thing, which is frustrating considering the cost. He is crying. He paid for this with his own money! Not sure what to do...

I like that it is fun and challenging. The Bluetooth capabilities are neat as well. However, I wish the sensors weren't quite so sensitive. I don't ride it for long periods of time, but it seems to hold a charge well.

Doesn't self-balance!

They advertise it like a hoverboard but it doesn't self balance like one so you have to balance just right for it to then let you start moving. And my daughter at 80 pounds couldn't get it to register her weight

My nephew loves this! He is a snowboarder and loves this hoverboard since he stands on it sideways, controlling it like a snowboard, instead of straight on. Good speed and he likes the Bluetooth speakers too. Thumbs up from him!

I didn't like it bc it is cheap and I though it would be nice but it doesn't go out side and throws you off
