What a great product. I had high expectations based on the thorough descriptions and the images and videos I read and viewed. When the Pullup & Dip bar arrived and I installed it, the Bar exceeded my expectations. It's made extremely well. (Heavy. Solid. Secure. Yet easy to change from Pull up to Dip and vice versa.) I mounted it in my garage on sheetrock walls. (I used the piece of wood connected to 3 studs approach, and mounted the plate onto the piece of wood. Simple.) This has become an integral part of my workout. I strongly recommend this product for people who want to enhance their home workouts with a piece of equipment that is versatile.

I've used one of these at my buddy's house and it's incredible. What a genius piece of equipment, especially if you like to do you work outs outdoors. Definitely considering one for my house.

This piece of equipment is so handy I drive truck for a living 5 days a week and with this pullup bar I can stop just about anywhere on my route and workout it's super convenient I love this equipment it also packs away easy makes keeping a workout out routine alot simpler during the week on the truck its awsome so glad I invested in the pullup dip bar
