My 8 year old has to hold the mask with one hand to continue to make sure the phone is aligned with his eyes. It's a little frustrating to have to recalibrate the fist every single level but that is a problem that will get a review on the app itself. The equipment came undamaged. In fact they accidentally sent us two and I'm trying to figure out how to send one back. Ok figured it out. You have to go to the returns section and select 'sent item I didn't order' they email you a shipping label and you drop it off at a ups.

This mask is awesome! I'm giving 5 star for the product. But if I had to rate with the app. I would only give it a 2 or 3. Because when using the app our phones get really hot over a time short period time. Only can play the game for like 5mins and then have to stop because of the heat

Difficult to set up each time

Read the reviews and thought my five year old would love this game. This ended up being a frustrating nightmare for all four of my sons ages 5, 8, 10 & 11, all well versed in video game procedure. Maybe we got a lemon. But this was so difficult to set up each time, never seemed to progress in the game and wasn't even fun to play. And as a mom, my least favorite video games are ones that I have to be continually involved in.

I got this for my son. hes 3 by the way and really wanted an iron man mask. I figured I'd do him one better and get the virtual reality one. after watching all sorts of videos on it and stuff it looked really cool so I got it.. my son and I have used this a bunch of times and I leveled up my iron man character pretty high. I have to admit I play it more then he does lol

I bought the Hero Vision for my 9 year old son. He loves it! It took a little while to get everything set up correctly, but he plays with it all the time. The helmet requires some adjusting, but it fits my son and my husband.

I bought this for my nephew for Christmas and I'll be honest, I was pretty eager to play with it myself. The only drawback which I didn't realize is that they need a phone to play. I felt bad making him stop because I needed my phone but my 7 year old nephew was floored. He had a ton of fun with it. He just blasted his way through level after level.

Missing gauntlet

Very frustrating, this was a Christmas present for my nephew who doesn't live close to me. And when my sister open the present realize that the gauntlet is missing, so they can't play with the mask at all. I wish I opened the box before I sent it to them. Worse part my nephew was really excited to get this present and waiting to play wit it for about 2 months.
