Poor functionality

I would NOT recommend this item to a friend. Yes, it claims to have nice features, with a coffee pot, toaster oven, and griddle all in one. I haven't tried the griddle yet, but both the coffee maker and toaster oven have serious flaws.

The coffee maker has a non-standard basket. Neither a cone filter(#2) nor a basket filter (Mr. Coffee) will fit. The nylon filter provided leaks coffee grounds and is difficult to clean. The pot leaks all over the counter when brewing coffee. The detachable water reservoir is nice, though.

The toaster oven has neither a thermostat for controlling temp, not a color sensor for toast. You have to guess at the temp if you're trying to bake, and guess for the timer or stand and watch when toasting.

For all features, the instructions state that the unit should be disconnected from the wall outlet when not in use.

I am very disappointed with this product. At the price it's basically not worth the hassle to return it.

Saved so much space in my tiny apartment. I live in 400 sq feet, no stove, bc it's Miami and hot and i only have a window ac.i cleared so much space with this. you can toast bread, bake small pies, grill meat with the oven part. The top made the most beautiful fried egg, so perfect. I got rid of a coffee maker, grill oven and waffle iron. No more buying coffee filters, so cheaper and better for the environment. The griddle lifts off and cleans with one wipe of the sponge. This was the same price add my grill oven alone. Totally worth the money, super easy to use, super cute. Would totally buy it again, i kinda wish i got the red one... But hey, next time

Amazing kitchen for tiny house!

Breakfast or snack station perfect for guest cottage or studio! I tested a load of mini appliances for a tiny space. This was the winner. Contender was the Dash mini toaster oven, hot pot, and french press. The grill on this sold me. There is a quality control issue and mine DID NOT come with a knob for the lid and glass had fine crack where they cut hole for knob. I contacted company from their website and a week later they emailed back and shipped one free to me in 1 week! With just the serial number and my address. The coffee pot makes 2 giant cups of coffee or 4 small cups. I put loose green tea in it and that worked awesome. After burning stinky factory nonstick stuff and dust off grill, l caramelized onions and greens while toasting bread. Then I spread chèvre on the toast and piled grilled greens and onions on top and finished with crack pepper...best lunch ever! It only has ONE temp - hot! But for the grill if you switch to oven and grill it cuts heat in half. You must do this to not burn many foods. The entire black portion comes off top for scrubbing. It's non-stick coated, which isn't my favorite, but with a couple wooden tools I will be golden. A nice feature is the toaster oven automatically pushes out grill when you open toaster door. You don't need to pull tray out with a fork, which is vital with the low heat coils. The coffee pot has a push button release that is not intuitive and nearly broke pot trying to open initially. Once open, you then have to listen for pop when you close...that NEEDS improved. Does NOT click well. Boiling water perked all over table on my second pot because I didn't click. I am putting in guest cottage and crave the speed and taste of my first meal on it.

Update: after a handful of uses it has a spot in center that won't clean. You have use lid and lots of oil. If things are dry or burned it's hard to clean up even with a nonstick scrubbing pad.

I bought this at the end of March. By the end of May, it would no longer brew any coffee. I didn't expect this to be high quality/long life item, but a two month lifespan is ridiculous.

Terrific product!!! We were able to reduce counter clutter by getting rid of our old coffee pot and toaster...now it's in one compact spot! We had guests over and they were delighted with the novelty of this item. I was already able to cook them a delicious breakfast on my first morning having it...LOVE this thing!!!

Handy item for me as I recovered from my surgeries in December. Now that I have recovered all parts are not functional. The top cooking surface has worn out spots specifically in the center where all foods stick and burn. Operational for three months. The toaster oven only does well with toasted bread. The coffee maker works fine. Short term use and in my opinion not a good investment.

Mine came broken. The door would jam up if you try to use it because the automatic sliding tray looked to be unhooked on one side; unhooked from the inside somewhere.
-Update- I did put just one star.. but I took it appart and fixed it real quick pretty easy. And love this thing now.

I like the unit but top grill is not non-stick

I like the unit but top grill is not non-stick. It tends to get very hot in the center so everything sticks. Even after I wash it, there is residue left. Solution: use a lot of oil to minimize eggs and bacon from sticking to grill. Coffee maker is great but spills over the sides whenever I pour anything out of it. Solution, pour out my cup of coffee over the sink. I would like to buy another unit but fearful the top grill will not be non-stick.

The lid to the griddle did not come in the package, why? PLEASE SEND GRIDDLE LID!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't used all the features yet but the coffee pot works fine the only thing that bothers me is the lid to the griddle was not in the box I believe that is an important piece please send it ASAP I want to be able to use the griddle. I am looking forward to using the other features it fits beautifully on my counter. If I don't get the lid from you I won't be very happy just send me the lid to the griddle thank you I would like to keep the unit but I would like to have the lid for it.

Unfortunately this product didn't work out for us. When I went to brew a pot of coffee, it actually started leaking along the sides of the coffee pot and not going into it directly. I figured maybe because it had never been used or that the pot wasn't lined up on the hot plate, however, once I examined that the coffee pot was in the spot it was supposed to be and tried it a couple more times, it continued to do the same thing. Thank gosh we kept our former coffee maker! Also, if you do purchase this and need to return it, it's hell getting it back into the box!
