Updated App Works Great on iPhones

Easy to setup and easy to change the color using the updated iOS app. They also come with a separate physical remote which is great if you just want to pick a default mode or change the colors. Like others I could not get the microphone sensing to work, but the built in music player and ability to setup a custom Effect Mixers worked well to time lights to specific songs.

Overall these are great outdoor flood lights for spooky holiday lighting. I used two of these to light a large tree trunk and 4 more to wash the front of our house for Halloween. The tree is about 30 feet, just under 10 meters, from the nearest lights that I used to wash the front of the house. I had no issues getting all of them to connect and stay sync's to the music and selected colors.

In the future I hope LE will make an iLUX Smart Flood in a 20 watt or 50 watt version, but the 10w version is surprisingly bright and perfect for use when multiple lights to setup as a group to cover a larger area.

NOTE in the photo, the top of the tree is lit with two 1000 watt par stage lights and two 50 watt RGB led stage lights. The trunk is lit with two 10w iLUX Smart Outdoor LED Flood lights.

I'm extremely impressed with these lights. The app is fantastic as well. You can create any shade of color you want. Although they do not produce bright, white light. The white light they produce has a slight tint of violet or maybe a hint of blacklight tone but still bright enough. I never used the remote because the phone app is more straight forward and simple. You can make them do anything. If you're looking for something really bright you should go for 20w or higher LED's. But they create perfect ambient light tones that's not intrusive on your close neighbors but still bright enough. Especially if you put on light blue or green tones. If you put them outside facing down like i have in the pictures i highly suggest sealing the small holes in the iron cast on the back with silicone. Just a few dabs in the corners. I've had them up through many serious rain storms and never had issues. I've used them in freezing temperatures and temperatures over 90 degrees Fahrenheit and no problems. Just know they're not really bright but bright enough. I love them.

Oh My Gosh! I got the 10 watt 3 pack which comes with a remote. BUT! When you Download the Phone App, WOW! I have the 3 wired to my Pool House and they Dance Fantastic to the Music! They are Plenty Bright for what we need in fact I jeep them down low and they work great. White mode at 100% is just right for a gathering or make it any color you like!

Love these lights! Easy to set up and and I use them as accent uplighting outside of my home. Love the ability customize them to suit my personal preference. I put them on an outdoor smart plug so I can turn them on and do with Alexa. The Bluetooth connection to my phone is a lot of fun!

the promotion would indicate that the lights are controlled as a group and that the group is interconnected:
"Want multiple lights changing color simultaneously? iLUX lights come to be your choice. Several lights can be controlled synchronous when they are installed within the distance (max 10 meters) TO EACH OTHER. All the lamps or a group of them to change color or mode at the same time."

Since my lights are 80 inches apart they should work and communicate with each other as advertised. I am very disappointed and have spent a lot on the installation of your lights relying on your performance criteria.

IT APPEARS THAT THEY HAVE NOW REMOVED THIS FROM THEIR PAGE SINCE I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION.

Do not buy from NEON MART

UPDATE 12/16/17 After contacting the seller, they informed me there was NOTHING more they could do for me with the light and fixing or replacing it since amazon refunded me. Terrible service on the sellers part!!

The item comes with a warranty and it states to contact the seller. However, NEON MART doesn't stand behind the item. I'm not trying to get something for free. I just need the light fixed or replaced so I can use it for my display!

UPDATE 12/15/17 I brought these lights out to use for our Christmas display. Only 2 out of the 3 work. They were properly store in their box for a month and now the one light is defunct. I'm pretty bummed about it since we do a huge display for the holidays. Amazon refunded me the whole amount even though it's outsode the return window. I will email the company and see how their 2 year warranty works and update this review accordingly.
I really like these lights and how versatile they are. I used three in my yard for Halloween. They are not hugely bright but they worked to light up some displays. If you want up lights you'll need to get higher watts.

The set up is annoying with their app. I would recommend they work on the bugs. It took me a few hours to get it worked out. That could just be because of my iPhone settings. I tried to contact customer service and couldn't get ahold of anyone.
Although you can set the lights to music, it does take some figuring out. Again, that could be due to my iPhone but I haven't been able to play songs I've downloaded from Apple Music, only ITunes.

I do love how I can set it up with Bluetooth to my phone and can control the lights from one easy spot. I was able to change the light colors easily. If you have no other flood lights being used with these 3 LED lights, it will be pretty dark. For any larger projects, order higher wattage or additional lights. Upto 50 lights can be added to one phone, which is awesome.

It Works Fine

Note: This review is for the 10W version. I see this item was changed to a 30W.

Surprisingly, this came with the remote, even though one of the pictures says that it's not included. The app works fine and discovering the lights was not an issue for me (Samsung Galaxy S8+). There is a bug in the color wheel for selecting colors where you cannot choose orange colors. The work around is the fixed pallet where you can choose one orange color. You should also be able to choose the colors used for the Dynamic modes: There is Single Color, which uses the current color, Three-Color, which is red, green, and blue, and Seven-Color, which is red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, and white. The Ambience modes seem like just eight, preset colors. The white is not really white and there should be calibration support for that. I just discovered the Effect Mixer, which does not seem to be in the docs. Will investigate.

Update: The Effect Mixer, albeit tedious to use, and only in portrait mode, allows you to select colors and lamps for sequencing with or without music. Luckily, since it's not covered in the docs, there are a couple examples provided.

Update 2: Added a screenshot of the Effect Mixer. Also, after some back-and-forth, the manufacturer is sending me all new lamps (four in total) as they are saying that not being able to get an orange color via the color wheel is a hardware problem.

Update 3: After sending multiple videos of the orange-selection issue, the manufacturer has said that they are "not able to provide a solution at the moment". :(

Great Accent Lights!

These things are great! Easy and simple setup as well as options. I haven't even scratched the surface on what these will do. But just from a week or two of playing around with them I've already got many more ideas in mind.

I was worried that they were not going to be very bright when I ordered them, but I was pleasantly surprised. These things are so much brighter than I expected to see.

The only reason I did not give them a 5-star rating is the length of the power cord. To spread the lights out any more I would have needed two more extension cords.

If these last me through the next couple nights I am going to order some more.

I was impressed with the brightness, the ease of connectivity and the options available in the iLux Mesh app. They really did a nice job with it. My biggest problem was that I purchased them with the intent to have them sit flat on a stage, as they are shown in the picture. The problem is, the picture is misleading. The power plug comes out of the bottom of the unit so they do not sit flat like the picture shows, they sit on the cable. Just a poor design. I had to mount it to a board and it works fine now that I've got it elevated. Overall nice unit, I wish they would've shown units that actually have the power cords attached in the pictures.

I was absolutely amazed at the ease of setting this up to Bluetooth on my Galaxy S9 and then playing the music through my Bose Bluetooth was beyond my expectations!!!

All my neighbors commented of the light show synced to the music and thought I had spent a long time setting it all up.

It was super easy and super fast, I ordered 3 sets of 3, but only put out 6 lights in total for Halloween, but I'll use all nine for Christmas I'm sure!!!
