Incredible Shower Head - Nothing like it

We recently went on a trip to China and Japan. While staying in Shanghai at the Marriott City Center, our room had this shower head in it. We were so taken with how beautiful it looked and how wonderful it worked, that we decided to order one when we returned home to the states.

There is nothing like it out there. You will not find anything like it at your local Home Depot or Lowes. The design alone is enough to make you stop and take a second look, but how well it works will impress.

I am not one to write reviews normally, but felt I must given how much we love this shower head.

Better flow and water coverage

Great functioning and looking shower head. We are in a "low pressure" neighborhood and this shower head feels twice as powerful as the Aqua-dance dual head shower we have in the other bathroom. I am going to replace it with the Methven so that we have two.

When I read the reviews saying it was their best showering experience people ever had I thought to myself, how good can a shower be. After using this hand held shower I now understand what people are talking about. This shower gives you a wide even spray that feels like you're being hugged by a warm blanket of water. Another thing I really liked about this product is how light it is. When using this hand held to clean other bits it's like there's water coming out of your hand, that's how light this thing feels. This hand held shower is the best I've ever used for all around comfort and weight. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and this is worth the price.

Amazing shower expirence!

My husband and I went back and forth for several months about buying this. The price seemed a little bit high for a shower head but the others seemed to be the same thing with a different name attached. we finally broke down and bought it, and what a difference it made! I could tell you how it has pressure like a high pressure shower head but that doesn't describe it just right, i could tell you that the water falls on you like a rain shower head but that doesn't describe it either. The best description I can give you is it feels like a warm blanket of water is pouring over you washing away everything at once. I don't have to hold my hands together to wash my face just upturn it in the shower and it is clean. My husband is a carpenter and instead of coming in from the shop and saying i have to go take a shower, he says he gets to go in the shower with a smile on... I'm not joking! As to detractors that state it feels like it is made of cheep material, i have dropped it in a tile shower several times and it is still intact. Over all this shower head delivers an amazing shower experience unlike any i have experienced before!

I really like the full immersion sensation this shower head provides. Sometimes I miss the directed, focused stream option of our previous shower head, but I'm not going back.

Took a vacation to New Zealand and stayed at AirBnBs for most of the trip. Every house that we stayed at had this shower head and OMG was it life changing. I love how much it sprays, the pressure, and the design of the head. Once I got back to the states, I knew I had to have one. Setup and installation was a breeze!

I've experimented with a number of different shower heads. When mine gets clogged up with scale, rather than spending a lot of time to clean it up, I buy a new one.

So far, this head is doing pretty well. It hasn't clogged up at all. It seems to be able to put out a decent amount of water and is really able to wash shampoo out of my hair. I especially like the simple switch to change to a strong directed stream. The switch is a lot easier and quicker than the dial mechanism on other shower heads.

Definitely a keeper, and a step above anything else I've tried so far.
