This is just a really nice headphone amp, looks-wise, design-wise, and performance-wise. I use it with both over-ears (Focal Elegias) and IEMs (Westone W60s, Klipsch x20i) and it works great with both. Can't think of a single flaw or even anything I would change. Beautiful vintage looks too. Important to use a genuine balanced cable (I use the Black Dragon Premium) instead of a 4 pin XLR balanced adapter--I noticed lots of noise when I tried using just an adapter, none once I went to the genuine balanced cable. The problem is pretty clearly not with the amp itself.

I bought this for the DT1990 pros. My sound card on my PC was pretty good but this did improve sound in two aspects. One being its probably 3x louder than my sound card. Also I can pin point enemies in games so well and can hear faint sounds a lot further. The best thing I like about this amp is that at a flick of a switch I can take my headphones off and listen to my Klipsch surround sound...before I would have to disable in windows and enable the other system....yeah I'm that lazy.
