Continuosly disconnects from Phone Application

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, installed applications, ran all upgrades, flew it for the second time and a new upgrade came up, it would not stop letting me know there was an upgrade and could not fly, had to take it down, upgrade in the middle of the field and then reboot the phone, after that as soon as I started flying it disconnected and I almost lost the drone, the solutions mention to remove applications, etc, etc, basically you have to buy a phone to control the drone, you have to log into the application if you are flying in an area where there is no internet or it will disconnect, the application is so poorly written that it will disconnect for any and many reasons with no explanation but good luck.

This was meant to be a professional device, I wonder if Chinese understand the meaning of Professional yet.

DjI needs to fix the Android app.

Drone gets a 5 star rating, the Android app gets a 2. App crashes constantly. The fear of losing the drone limits your enjoyment.

DjI really needs to fix the app ASAP.

The Platinum is quieter and flies longer.

DJI Mavic Pro Single Platinum Portable Collapsible Drone Quadcopter with 4K Professional Camera Gimbal I bought this Drone from Drone World just before Christmas as a gift. I finally put the drone up in the air after the holiday- I was not impressed. the video quality was far from great. the noise and grain made for mostly unusable footage. I contacted Drone World ( https://www.amazon.com/s?marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&me=A29ILM9HA976EQ&merchant=A29ILM9HA976EQ&redirect=true&tag=c-t-20 ) and sent the drone back. I get an email once they received the drone - notifying me that they cant return it since it's been registered (meaning since I flew the drone I cant return it for a refund) So they send it back to me before even discussing with me about the quality of the footage. The communication between drone World and I have been back and forth through emails and calls all while not resolving the fact that the quality of the footage is rubbish and I just want my money back. My old Phantom 4 drone was incomparable in terms of footage quality. I'm sure the Mvic is great and I received a dud. But in the mean time I'm stuck with a drone that captures low quality footage.

Drone wanders everywhere when no remote inputs are given. It's terrible at taking any footage this way when it just veers off to the left. Terribly disappointed.

This drone is very fun to fly. It is incredibly stable and portable!! It is very remarkable that something so small can fly so far and high away from the controller while capturing such great footage. I own another larger drone but this one is the one I fly the most now.
