Dead on arrival - do not buy - no customer service

Out of the box fresh batteries and did not work. Very poorly made wire was broken and horns were broken off the narwhal. Very disappointing and of course when you try to return it you can't. They want you to email them about it. I will email them to see if they do anything about it but I wouldn't trust it since the wire was disconnected out of the box.

Update: I emailed the address on the little insert in the box and it bounced back as non-existent. Obviously they know they are selling junk with the no return policy and bogus email.... Don't even waste your time or money.

I dont normally review but this one I couldn't keep quiet about I would not reccomend this at all. It gets a star because it is cute but using wires to hold it together was not a good idea it gets tangled so easily I cant even wrap it around my bed frame with out it tangling up on itself everytime I move it. Nothing helps to keep it from not tangling up cute concept horrible delivery of said concept. I am returning it as we speak I'm extremely disappointed

I really liked the creativity of the products from this company. But once the lighting string arrived and turned on I was disappointed. There was a loose connection somewhere in the light string which caused it to flicker and most of the time not work at all. I tried to contact the company Brooklyn Lighting Company through the means they requested. But my emails were returned. No response. Nice job guys.

So now I'm forced to post a negative review. Terrible customer service, and a very cheap product. I was so hoping for a better review.

Kills a lot of batteries fast. We are going to try to convert it into a plug in because the kid can only have them on for two or three nights before the batteries die

Hey I brought the ice cream lights led bulbs on bendable wire 12ft/3.6 length 36 lights I receive them today I put new 3xAA batteries in and my lights don't not work am very upset and Disappointment I'm trying to return them and is saying that this item cannot be returned back so I just lost money on some lights that doesn't work I would not honor from Brooklyn lighting company again am trying to submit my complaint but it won't let me and till I write the stars I do not want to rank the star because my Lights doesn't work

I ordered 2 boxes. Unfortunately, when they arrived they some of the penguins had fallen off. The product is cheap looking and the pictures on here are misleading. The penguins kind of clip on the wire. Save your money.

I like these lights a lot. It would be great if they came on a timer so I could just have them on when I came home for ambience. I have not used them much yet so I do not know how long they last but they look great.

These are great quality and very bright. Gave a cute accent to my boyfriends kitchen counter. I will be buying from this company again. Got my eye on the penguins and unicorns.
