Very solid product. It does exactly what it claims to do. It snaps on to any can I have easily. Then opens and closes shut again for storage in my fridge. As you can see in my pics, it's leak proof when closed. I think it will be a great addition to my kitchen.

The Perfect Solution

We were wasting way too many canned soft drinks. My husband will never drink a full 12 ounce can, so I was buying him the smaller cans, but they are more expense. I use cola for my mixed drinks, but seem to always end up with part of a can left over. These lids are easy to use and really keep the contents carbonated.

Where have you been all my life. These lids are wonderful. I'm no longer throwing away a partial can of soda. They really secure on the can and with the lift up lid you don't even have to take them off the can to pour the contents. The remaining contents stay like the can was never opened.

Lid blew off the can with great force

I just received these and they did not fit well at all. Had to force it on and to stay closed. I used it for the first time at bed time and soon after, I was awoke to the sound of what sounded like a gunshot next to me head! Turns out the lid on the soda had blown off with such force, it left a dent in the wall and had it been close to someone, would have have caused injury, no doubt! That makes this not only ineffective but down right dangerous. I don't know if this has happened to others but I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

My goal was to reduce the amount of soda I drink. Instead of a can at work and then maybe some if we go out to eat, I'm aiming for a half a can. These help me with that half-can thing.

The lids fit on a standard soda can with no problem. I'm not concerned that someone will spill my soda in the break room fridge. Honestly, my soda does lose some fizz by day 2, so I wouldn't plan on going more than that. For how I use them, though, they do the trick. Definitely recommended!

I work at a factory and cannot use open drink containers. I prefer pop from a can so I bought these to for work. They are amazing! I have used others that spill when I open to take a drink. These are easily used without a mess. I definitely recommend them!

I haven't performed a taste test yet so I don't know how much better it is at retaining the carbonation that just having an open can. But it seems okay. I have a specific use where I carry a can of pop in a cold (thermal) pack. I've got a half dozen things jammed into the cold pack. So, because the hinge on the lid cover sticks out about half an inch, I have a slight problem with the cover being dislodged now and then. I see now that I didn't need a fancy hinged cover. A one piece cover -- no hinge needed -- would have been fine.

Great for any can

I usually drink only a half of a can of monster and often put a plastic cup over the top of it to save some of the fizz. Now, I don't have to do that because these lids do exactly what I want them to do. The drink doesn't stay very fizzy, but it helps to keep some of the fizz. - very happy!
