FlyBy is always in my bag along with jump rope, Hypervolt, TRX and bands. Our body is composed of up to 75% water. Every chemical process taking place in our body uses water somewhere along the process. Proper hydration is, to me, by far extremely important. Our body's lymphatic system, for example, which helps vacuum out damaged cells and fight infection, can flush out many of the effects of poor nutrition, but if we don't drink enough water, the lymphatic system can't flush out much at all. The lymphatic system is more than 95 percent water, and we need to keep it clean and flowing constantly so it can rid our bodies of toxins that build up. Greatest Invention of The Century

I always used to think "how the heck can we put someone on the moon, and still not fix hangovers..." I honestly think I've spent around half my life hungover in bed. I was at a turning point in my life where I knew I'd either I'd have to drink like a responsible adult or I'd have to find that magic cure. Naturally-like any respectable degenerate-I chose the latter. I've literally tried every product in the US, I took "natural herbs" (party smart I'm talking about you), I prayed to different hindu gods, I started putting water gallons and pedialyte near my bed - nothing....NOTHING.

Eventually the gods heard my prayers. I found Flyby through a newsletter and have tried it over 30 times. Every single time, I've felt simnifically better the morning after. Yes, I still feel slightly groggy because I drink like a disgusting individual but ever since then, I wake up and the sun has become strangely brighter, music has become sweeter, food started to taste better. But real talk - I work in nightlife and many times I'm having drinks forced down my throat - and I would waste the entire next day in bed. Taking Flyby has given me those hours in my life back. For a few bucks to feel great the next morning and to be able to accomplish all the things you need to do - its a no brainer. I could not recommend Flyby more!

No sugar or sweeteners! Saved my 3rd keto attempt.

I've recently started a low carb diet, for the 3rd time, on the advice of my doctor. I failed the first two times within a week because I had debilitating muscle cramps in my feet, legs, shoulders, and back. Forget walking for exercise...I couldn't even walk to the other side of the room. Docs did bloodwork but they couldn't identify exactly what was deficient so they said just drink some broth and take otc magnesium tablets. This approach didn't work. Drinking Powerade or Gatorade helped but I didn't need the carbs. And alternative sweetners of any kind wreck my gut. I missed a plane once because I couldn't walk or drive. It was a real problem. I kept thinking there must be some sort of unflavored something that could be mixed in water...just the good stuff! Searched on Amazon and lo and behold! This is the first of any product like this I've ever tried but so far so good. It does have a slight salty flavor but that's ok. I find myself putting some in every time I fill up my water bottle so I don't use as much each time. I seem to have more energy and have been going strong on the low-carb diet for three weeks now...with almost no cramping! I feel like I can start some easy workouts too. I can't vouch for this product over another similar one yet, because I haven't tried any other brands, but my experiences with this product have been great so far!!

Sad About Quality of Recent Bottle

I bought this for the first time in September and it was AMAZING. It helped me reduce the impact of the Keto Flu I had once starting my low-carb diet, it helped regulate my low-blood-pressure which affects me when I'm low on electrolytes and feeling faint, AND it even helped when I took a new medication that reacted poorly with my body and caused severe aches due to depleted magnesium and other vitamin levels (I mean it was a miracle... one minute, I'm in bed not able to move because of muscle pain, 30 minutes later I am almost 70-80% back to normal). THAT BEING SAID, I ordered my second bottle about 2 weeks ago and the taste is HORRID. I got used to the taste (salty in nature) with the first bottle, so I know what it's supposed to taste like, and this ain't it. It tastes spoiled and almost milky which is definitely not right. I am returning and re-ordering. Fingers crossed for a bottle as good as the first one. Otherwise, I may get another brand.

Update: bought another and same thing. Tastes disgusting and nothing like the first bottle I bought. Will have to switch to a different company unfortunately.

Been using Lyteshow and found this product for a much better price and decided to give it a try. Basically identical so what's not to love. I bike and run typically 9 to 12 hrs./wk and living in wonderfully "warm" North Carolina sweat A LOT! Couple that with being prone to cramps in the first place, this type of product is a must for me. Very convenient to use and effective. And the bottle looks cool to boot. Thanks Flyby!

Hangover Helper!

I get wicked hangovers, so normally I don't have more than 1-2 drinks. I decided to try this to see if I could have more than that & feel ok the next day. I ended up giving it a very good test (!) and while I can't say I jumped up out of bed the next day ready to take on the world, I did get out of bed able to function normally. This, for me says a lot! I was even able to drink 2 nights in a row, which I haven't been able to do in years. I have a feeling this is one of those things that works differently for everybody. It's nice to know that I can have a few drinks and not pay for it for days!

Great Hydration, Mineral Taste

I purchased this product to help with the side affects of the Keto diet. Your body flushes out water on Keto, making you feel awful. Adding Flyby to my water replenishes those lost electrolytes and helped me feel normal again. I just add about 12 drops to my bottle of water (16.9oz bottle). I read that you can have up to 8 servings of it in a day, but I usually just have about 4. It makes your water taste a bit salty or taste like minerals, but adding a squeeze of lemon and a few drops of stevia masks it. I would give this 4 stars, because of the taste, but if it is basically all minerals, then there really isn't a way to hide the taste without added sugars. If you are starting a Ketogenic diet, then I would highly recommend this product. It is also for people that workout to the extreme and sweat a ton, but that is not me. I just need trace minerals from the Keto diet. I will definitely buy this again, when I run out.

Best electrolyte supplement for exercise, drinking etc

I'm a long time, Gatorade user and lover of their unnaturally, satiating lemon-lime flavor. But one day, I decided to end my relationship with them, as I was tired of ingesting the sugar content equivalent to an ice cream sundae. My friend suggested that I take Flyby Fuel, and I fell in love again. The product uses "ionic electrolytes" which are able to be fully absorbed by the body. Science! Most products tend to only have 1 or 2 electrolytes (sodium and potassium) but this baby has the whole shebang (sodium, magnesium, chloride, potassium) plus zinc which is an added bonus. Boom, electrolytes. To help you understand how amazing this product is, I'll give you a run down of my daily training regimen. I'm a college athlete and I wake up everyday at 5:30am, and lift for about 2 hours (lots of conditioning on the track, plyos). We then have practice for about another 2-3 hours where we are run into the ground via drills, scrimmages and suicides if coach is feeling grumpy. That's followed by a lifting session. Lots of squats, dead lifts and heavy weights. If I guessed, I'm probably burning 5,000 calories and losing 3-5% of my bodyweight in fluids. And we're doing this 4-5 times a week too.

At this level, you need to be taking supplements and since adding it to my water, it definitely helps me avoid cramps and keeps my muscles functioning properly. I let a few of my teammates try it who had been struggling, and they too, said it helped greatly and they've since purchased their own. I'll be buying more.

Side note: I like to party, and my hangovers have been significantly reduced when I take this before going out.

I tend to just buy whichever electrolyte solution is cheapest per month, since they're always cycling in and out of value ranges here on Amazon. This one -- FlyBy -- comes from the Great Salt Lake in Utah, and it works. I need, literally NEED, to supplement my electrolytes due to a health condition that causes me to excrete them too fast; I put them in my water all day long. So when my electrolytes don't work, I NOTICE! I've been using FlyBy all month and have not experienced any extra dehydration symptoms that some other companies have caused me.

I rated the presentation 4/5 because the lid broke immediately upon touching it, but otherwise the bottle isn't an eyesore on my kitchen counter, which I appreciate. I rated the taste 4/5 because this one has more of a noticeable alkaline taste that personally I don't enjoy, even though that's actually a good sign of the quality and hydrating pH! The value for the money, as of right now at least, is the best on Amazon for electrolyte solutions containing zinc, so I gave that 5/5.

Sometimes when my doctor has me on supplemental zinc, I have to switch to an electrolyte mixture without added zinc in it, but right now this one is doing the job and I recommend it to anyone who needs extra help in the hydration department, or who suffers from muscles cramps/trouble sleeping due to sore muscles. But speaking of which, I do NOT recommend drinking your beverage too fast--like, all at once--if you have added this to it, because that zinc WILL make you nauseated on an empty stomach. Being so hot outside I've definitely made that mistake a couple times lately. But zinc helps rehydrate you better, particularly if the reason you're DEhydrated is because you've had loose stools for a while, so it's not without purpose.

All in all: Feel safe buying this product. Don't let the lower price make you nervous, because it's JUST as effective as the sometimes TWICE as expensive other brands; if it weren't, I'd have already needed a saline infusion. :)

Best remedy for Keto Flu/ cramping.

I follow a ketogenic diet so electrolytes are super important. Aside from using pink salt in water my options were limited to expensive sports drinks. They are highly processed and pretty gross tasting. I came across this looking for something new. This stuff is amazing. It's tasteless and weightless. I was afraid it would be heavy to drink... dense and salty... NOPE... I can add this to anything... water, crystal light, even my morning coffee. I noticed immediate relief from horrible leg cramps ( you lose fluids in keto and need extra electrolytes or it's cramp city)

I will buy this again and again and tell all the keto people I know.
