Trying to relieve pain but this makes it worse.. Cancer warning.by Chessie (2 out of 5 stars)

I bought this because I have carpel tunnel and it hurts/creates numbness in my wrists if I hold my phone for too long. I do have a Pop Socket on my phone (iphone X) so in order for it to fit I have to take my case off. There is something about the way it sits around my neck that makes the sides of my neck and jaw hurt. It's almost instantly uncomfortable. There is also a lovely "cancer" warning on the box that wasn't mentioned in the item description. Don't waste your money..
The product is very fragile.

The length is just shorter than it supposed to be.
The neck holder is not efficient enough to focus directly on the face frame but double chins frame cause it can't hold my iphone weight.
And THE MOST IMPORTANT PART is the thighener wheel IS VERY FRAGILE which is already broken within a week. I feel like I paid for another gabage in my house now cause I can't use it anymore.

This has been perfect to help me in controlling pain in my hands, joints and arm muscle weakness so I can still do the things I want to do on my cell phone without having to use extra energy, or having to take extra break time when I'd rather just be on my phone. So far it's not hurting my neck (mainly because I use it while I'm laying down) but I like that it gives me the ability to still do the things I want to do and take the brakes when I want to take the brakes not when pain is making me take the brakes. Thank you
Update: may 8 2019. because of chronic pain wearing this item around my neck has not ever really been possible. I stopped bothering taking my phone case off because of my popsocket getting in the way in preventing the clamp from actually holding my phone all the way. what I do instead is only have the top parts of the clamp hold half my phone with a popsocket open it slides down to about halfway into the device. holds on perfectly fine I've never had an issue with my phone falling out. what I do in order to be able to use it is I slid it in between the mattress and my bed frame fully extended, 22 to 23 inches. As my arthritis has progressed this has been a wonderful adaptive device.
Jus what I needed!

Just what I needed. My hands cramp and strain trying to hold a phone upright for a long time. Sure it seems like headgear, with a crane around your neck, but it makes scrolling so much easier and pain free. I have an iPhone 6s and it fits perfectly . Would recommend to anyone
Works, and pretty comfortable.

Works as advertised. The unit is comfortable enough in the sitting, standing, and laying down/back position. Iused this up to 4 hours without issue.
Make sure you bend the wire so it goes down around you neck, rest on top your chest, and THEN bends up placing the screen bracket in your face.
The upgrades I would make is make the wire 6" longer, so the screen can be a bit further away, and that the mounting pivot at the back of the screen bracket can shift to the right/left so it remains center when using a larger phone in landscape.

I need another set of hands and found it

Well, I need another set of hands and found it. This item is perfect for my needs now.....I am a primary caregiver for my dad and this allows me to watch him and make his food at the same time. I don't have to put the phone down and remember where I left it. Also I attach it to my couch and when I hear noises, I can look at the phone RIGHT IN MY FACE (I am near sided. I can react to my dad before he gets hurt. Very durable and rugged. It is first awkward to manipulate to the position you want but it gets easier.
it just has to be your phone in it Cannot have your case on your phone

Support that goes around the neck is too short. Unless you want the phone 6 to 8 inches from you face. This product does not work for me.
This is terrific

I really like this product. Makes partial hands free actions possible. Cooking from an online recipe, yes you need to scroll but you don't have to pick it up and scroll. Reading an online book. Carrying a snack and a beverage. Going to the well you know. It cuts way down on wheres my phone and I haven't dropped my phone once while using this product. My only negatives are its a bit heavy and can be abit hard to mold to fit, that said it is STURDY.
