Bad laminate glue job - balls don't bounce

We were so excited to receive our table, assembled it, then discovered that the laminate on top of one half of one of the top panels is not glued down properly. There is a gap between the laminate and the surfaced it is supposed to be glued to which doesn't allow the ping pong balls to bounce! Very disappointed. Is there a way to have a replacement piece sent to us? This table took a considerable amount of time to put together, not to mention the fact that we had to unload the 500 pound crate from the delivery truck because the driver said he couldn't lift it. Other than this flaw which makes the table unusable as a ping-pong table, it looks great. Please help!
