Quality doesn't meet advertising

for a $150 you'd expect a decent quality as the pictures suggest. a giveaway towel at a baseball game has a better quality level than this. the shorts (L/XL) are like boxer shorts making it not anywhere near the knee where as the picture shows knees covered. the outside is a superthin t-shirt layer of the cheapest. not anywhere premium material at all - for a $20 i would have kept it just to save myself the hassle of return and find a UPS shop

Not for every dude

I bought this through a different site (ToMo). I was really excited when it came. But the wrist cuffs BARELY allowed my hand to go through, and it's entirely too tight to wear comfortably (of note: my wrists are quite normal). I ended up actually cutting the cuff so I could get my hand through. The waistband is not adjustable and is entirely too high, actually sitting just above the bottom of my ribcage (I'm 6'3). After one wash, the terrycloth liner seems to sag, while the Jersey cloth outer shell tightens, so I have a really nice little outward "flip" of the fabric which looks like a skirt. Additionally, the inseam of the shorts is much shorter than it appears in the photo. Shorts sit well above the knee.

This might fit your wife well. Or you, if you're a 5'8 150# guy. If you're muscular, tall, or broad, don't waste your money.

Poor Quality, Over Priced, Non-absorbent

Have you ever been to a gym that provided towels and think, "wow what a nice gesture" to only find out that towel was about as handy as wiping your @$$ with sandpaper. The robe quality is very subpar, and the shorts are WELL above the knee. 1 wash and the material had been ruined (I used gentle and air dry to prevent damage)

Wish I had spent my money on some scratchoff tickets, I would have had better luck.

Best gift idea for a boy

I bought this set for both my boyfriend and brother and they both LOVED it. I didn't expect them to wear it every day (sometimes borrow it myself). It's not too light / heavy it feels more like an oversized sweatshirt which I think is why it makes it so comfortable to lounge in all day. I'm surprised to see any negative reviews on this product after they both said it's one of the best gifts they've ever received.

Bought this set initially from a different web site (touch of modern) as a gift for my hubby. While it was originally purchased as a set, it ultimately wound up being used by different members of the family for different purposes.

The shorts are now with my son at his place, and my hubby is literally out in the cold, as I have "stolen" the robe to keep warm during the chilly winter mornings.

Needless to say, another DudeRobe is being ordered to make everyone happy.

I bought this robe as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it! It's more comfortable than any other robe he's ever worn in the past. He never even liked to wear a robe before. Plus he loves the shorts that go along with it. I definitely recommend the Dude Robe.
