During the set up of the camera, similar to other WiFi connected devices like Amazon Echo, you initially connect the device's WiFi signal (P2P) to your phone and then configure WiFi access to your home network. I was able to connect to the camera's signal but not to the downloaded app you use to configure all of the settings. After multiple attempts, including turning off the VPN on my phone, I gave up and contacted the seller via their website's chat function. The response time was very good and after explaining the challenge, the seller thought I must have received a defective unit. The seller then refunded my purchase AND sent me a replacement camera with the expectation that I would return the "defective" one. During the entire process, the seller communicated with me via email to keep me informed about the process to refund/replace the camera. Great communication.

A few days later, I received the camera - and initially the same problem occurred. At that point, I realized that it probably was something I was doing - and likely had to do with the VPN even if I turned it off. So, I deleted the VPN profile and that solved the problem. I was able to easily get the second camera to connect. It has a nice view (B&W and color), began sending me alerts after I configured the motion sensor, and the app saves the images with the date/time for review. I was able to record video, too. I have not set up the email alerts yet but it looks pretty straightforward. Unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect size SD card so I could not test that function. Interestingly, I restarted my VPN application on the phone and the camera worked just as well, so it just must have been interfering with the initial set up.

I then took the original camera and tried to set that up without the VPN...and it worked just as well. So, to be clear, BOTH cameras functioned as advertised. The issue I had was not related to the cameras.

I plugged both cameras in at the same time and received images in the app on my iPhone. Occasionally the camera would lose the WiFi signal, but I attribute that mostly to the issues I know all to well about the interference with WiFi in my house.

I contacted the seller to inform him that the cameras worked and that I wanted to purchase them both.

So...in summary: Nice, affordable, WiFi spy camera. I look forward to testing all of the camera functions - but I definitely tested their Customer Service and the Seller gets 5-stars - very responsive and incredibly polite via the chat and email exchanges.

This WB-723 WiFi USB Charger camera gives one of the clearest pictures of all that I have used. I have it sitting on top of the lower window in my front room looking out. As well as completely covering my entrance driveway it actually clearly shows the neighbors home in front along with three other homes down the street. Talk about a good security camera, this is it! The activities on our dead-end-street are completely seen. What more could a person ask for?

For the cost it's a good value. there is really no night vision, but the converting to black and white does help. I had some initial issues with the picture quality, but a reboot fixed that. The motion alarm works great....little too good, ceiling fan set it off constantly. The only downside is i can't hear anything when i turn on the sound.

Could not see the camera lens without very close scrutiny and the exact angle. Very stealth.

Set up was simple and quick. Very user friendly interface. I'm happy with the purchase but feel the extra money for the next level up was definitely worth it.

These are handy lil cams, they do all they are advertised to do, from motion detection, to night vision,to recording videos .It does it all plus its very discreet, most wont even think anything about it being anything other than a charger. WEMLB is the best , beware of the cheaper knock offs. The customer service is awesome and are getting me squred away with one with audio . Top Notch !!!

I like this product because it's discrete but also has all the features needed for a great functioning camera. The night vision is good as long as there a small amount of light. The application is very easy to use with more than one camera running too. Overall I would recommend this to anyone a discrete camera to keep track of your home when your not there.

I wanted a security camera that isn't obvious. I was able to put it on the leaving room table that face my back door, I wanted something I can see on the outside of my house from my smartphone, so this is perfect. Included user manual are very clear, I can just follow up the steps to connect the camera to wifi internet easily.
