Bought it in case of flooding during hurricane. Will protect vehicle in case of a couple of feet of flooding, don't know if it it will protect if totally submerged. The only downside is that it may not be easy to use since you need one person to hold the bag and the other to drive the car. It can be done more comfortably with 3 people. An improvement would be if it had a frame like a tent so you can use it with just one person.

Had a bag for about 2 months, although at first good quality , bag developed a hole and customer rep would only help if the bag was sent back for "evaluation" (customer shipping cost) although pics were provided as requested.
