Cute AF, does not enclose wound fully.

Cute AF, does not enclose wound fully.
Pros:Cute as F, so cute it calms my daughter who is 21 as if she was 3. Evidently the cuteness is more soothing than mommy kisses. The adhesion is light enough you can easily reposition the bandage and still make it stick. Taking it off doesn’t hurt.Cons:Does not fully adhere around the perimeter of the cupcake. There is a strip of absorbent material along the line where the icing meets the cupcake that is centered and 1/3 the height of the cupcake (not cherry to bottom of cupcake). The placement is great, but what isn’t is that if you put it on a surface that moves, such as the elbow pit, when you move it pulls away from the skin in those areas (because there is no adhesive on the ends of the bandage where the strip of absorbent material is.) this means dirt can get in. (Pictured 2 bandaids pink paper with white icing, in each elbow pit.)Explanation: I used these on the areas where my IV lines were removed the day I came home from the Emergency Room, some blood did trickle down the opening and make a small mess. I was however impressed with how absorbent the material on the bandaid was. The area the cupcake did not move, just above my wrist (blue paper, pink icing in picture), was perfect. If stuck well and even though that one was a worse wound with more seeping blood, it did not leak. I think because even though the adhesive did not go all the way around the park miter if the cupcakes, because it was firmly against the wound without pulling up, the blood stayed in the bandage. (Apologies on the dark images, I’m still light sensitive and on morophine taking pics myself.)My suggestion:Use these on the flat areas and not where you bend. Even better, use a regular bandaide brand that puts adhesive all the way around the absorbent part so no dirt get in (I’m thinking the circle kind) and then put one of these awesome cupcakes on top. Even as a woman who turned 47 the day before my ER visit, the cupcakes soothed my anxiety and added a bit of beautiful whimsy to an otherwise craptastic day! :D

I bought these originally because I just couldn't pass up such cute band-aids (and at such a reasonable price). At first they were too cute to use, then finally the day came where I needed one and I must say they hold on well, even under water (just momentarily, not sure how it would hold up in a swimming pool or during a bath). It wasn't until the next day that I got a complete on my "tattoo" which then got me thinking these would be perfect for my God Daughter to have fun with....and she did!

OMG these cupcake bandages are just too cute...for sure. My granddaughters love them so much, they're always looking at the smallest, tiniest little nick on their fingers, toes, etc, so they can have one. They're somewhat sturdy, a decent size, and so very pretty and colorful. Only wish there were more of them in a box (and that they were a little cheaper too). Overall, very happy with purchase. (loved my seller too, Daniel's House).

these are so cute. for the price there should be more, in my opinion. These do not wrap around, it is more like a sticker with a small bandage pad in the middle. We just used these on little things. the cupcake is bigger than a quarter but the pad is a little smaller than a dime.

I picked these up as a stocking stuffer for my wife for Christmas and she loves them. They're different sizes of mostly square bandages... so they're mostly good for things like rug-burn, small cuts and scrapes, or small burns. All the same, they're a lot cuter than regular bandaids, and she really likes them, so I'm happy.

These bandages were cute. I actually hunted for an item and bought it to fulfill an extremely minimal amount needed for a free shipment rrquirement...just to see if I could do it. It was a challenge and fun. My granddaughter took them....she's happy.
