Solubility is an issue for all mcp I guess. After experimenting for a while with different methods to dissolve it, found best way is to mix it with warm water and leave it alone for about 5-10 minutes, then stir again. Seems to dissolve easier. Forget cold water, lumps etc. would recommend lime flavor, much tastier than ‘plain’ which is gross. Makes me gag. If you’re looking for something for die off this is what you want.. it’s worked miracles on my husband and compared to other similar products and their reviews I would say the price is well worth it.. I have personally known others who have bought other products and die off was awful for them.. this product my husband had very minimal die off symptoms this is the only brand we’ll use.. Now be prepared this flavor is not one that tastes good at first we used water that was a no go so I tried orange juice which was great until the citric acid causes some mouth sores so now we’re using cranberry juice and he loves it

I purchased this product twice. The first container I used over several months and was fine. The second container went bad in two weeks. At first, I wasn't sure if it was rancid and called EcoNugenics for advice from their customer support line. They said the taste should definitely be bland - not sour.

When I asked for a refund, they said they only process refunds through their website store - and I need to contact Amazon - even though this eCommerce store is managed by EcoNugenics!

On their Amazon page, it says returns are not possible, though.

I was grateful that Amazon still agreed to process a refund despite EcoNugenics policy. I wish the customer support person at EcoNugenics was clearer that I could still get a refund even if the item was not returnable. In short, 5 stars for Amazon, 1 star for this company's product going bad so quickly and unclear advice from the EcoNugenics customer service person.

I like to believe it will work to protect me. Has been using 2-3 scoops per day /most days for almost a year. No side effects. Can’t tell if ‘it works’. Time will tell. Solubility is an issue for all mcp I guess. After experimenting for a while with different methods to dissolve it, found best way is to mix it with warm water and leave it alone for about 5-10 minutes, then stir again. Seems to dissolve easier. Forget cold water, lumps etc. would recommend lime flavor, much tastier than ‘plain’ which is gross. Makes me gag. Read somewhere all mcp can cause diarrhea but I had no GI issues at all. Price is high but big box lasts 2 months.

I found this challenging to dissolve until I read in a blog that if you scoop the powder into the glass of water, stir briefly and then leave for about 10 to 20 mins it suspends quite nicely... instead of gluing in lumps to the glass and stirrer ( I use a plastic knife).

That said, it is quite pleasant to take... tastes of nothing really.

I take it after my morning tumbler (about a pint) of water, freshly squeezed lemon juice and Aloe Vera and before any food. I then leave it to flush through the system as I go about my chores for a half hour or so and then sit down to a high fibre breakfast... which at present is a "green" smoothie with lots of summer berries from the garden.

By mid-morning I am flushing toxins out very effectively and I am sure at a very deep cellular level. I feel brighter and more energetic already just one week in with one scoop in the morning. I am planning a heavy metal detox and so intend to dive into two and then three identical doses per day, one about 20 to 30 mins before each nutritious, raw green smoothie or soup (using a rainbow of fruit and greens plus good fats, seeds, nuts and hemp powder for protein).

Like most natural health aids... they work best when in a regime that flows in the same direction... so lots of clean, nutritious and fibre-rich foods... key supplements e.g magnesium ... fresh air, exercise, rest and sleep (preferably "earthed") creative/positive thoughts... and anything else that works to support you and your reasons for wanting to be your best. Equally be aware of things that counter the flow and pollute the system... and wherever possible modify or remove. Be blessed and thrive! Xx
