With no force at all, a very important piece broke in the first 25 seconds I owned it.

Feed back on product only. Very disappointed in what I just experienced. I received my tripod and opened it up. As I was carefully lowering the middle braces to lock the legs in position, one of the middle arms broke right off. The grooves at the bottom would have you think that it locks in once in the correct position. But this is not the case. I am very disappointed. I cannot even rate this product correctly because I didn't even get the chance to set it up before it broke. If I knew more about tripods I would suggest another, but I don't know if other tripods with hold the projector that I specifically purchased this tripod for. This is the one the sell you on. And it lasted me 25 seconds. There goes my $92.00

This is one of the best tripods. I have had this for almost 8 years now and it has proven to be very trusty and very strong. It has allowed stability for projector and cameras, it is perfect still.

This is an amazing tripod. It does everything on any terrain you can imagine. The only problem I had was when I wanted to order an extra part for it and contacted the art seller and they were no help and getting them to return a call was like pulling teeth. The odd thing was that I wanted to buy the extra part, you would think they would want to make extra money off of me??? So the tripod is amazing but the customer service with the art company was lacking greatly.

As I was mounting the Artograph projector to the tripod the screw broke off into the projector... I'm unable to remove the screw from the unit so looks like my $1200 projector will no longer be compatible with any tripod. Only used the tripod a handful of times... so do not recommend.

Amazing piece of equipment, multi height adjustable legs,I bought it to use with the Artograph LED 500, projecting vertically onto a table top. It does just that, without causing a 'shadow' across my artwork. Simply perfect!!!
