I love this product. I used to take the Vitamin D3 pills. Then I realized they have Sunflower Oil (the outer soft gel). I'll start by saying after about a week of using this product I noticeably felt better and had a marked improvement regarding energy and stamina. I'm not saying this is a miracle enhancement nor do I feel it would be as advantageous, alone, without a good diet and exercise.

What I am saying is: I notice a marked improvement after taking this. Again, I can't say this is the total reason for my improvement, however, I didn't change my diet (which is very healthy) so it is my conclusion that the D3 with K2 was responsible for the improvement.

(As a side note, initially, I took two full droppers a day on suggestion from my doctor. I'm sure this expedited the process.)

All I can say is give it a try, along with living as healthy as possible, and there's no downside

Several years back, I went to the doc for something unrelated but they checked my D levels. From what I remember, I believe I was REALLY low at around 23 or so. I then took D for a little while but then would forget and finally, I just didn't take anymore. I've gotten so much good info from Dr. Mercola and knew D was essential for good health. So when Covid hit, I began taking this D in February of 2020. Since I knew I had to be really low, I was taking 10 drops per day or around 14,000 iu per day. I did this through December of 2020. I was afraid I may be getting too much, so I dropped in down to 5 drops a day or about 6150 iu's per day. I recently went to GrassRootsHealth and ordered my vitamin D test. They suggest being at 40 - 60 blood serum level and Doc Mercola says 70 to 80 is optimum. Mine came back at 65. After 11 months at such a high dose, I assumed I would be higher but 65 is still good. They also have a calculator which shows how much you need to take daily to maintain or raise your levels. So yes, it is working. You need to take about 400 mg of magnesium with it for absorption which I also do. I am definitely happy and have plans to raise my levels a bit more. I can't remember the last time I was sick, but I also take an excellent liquid vitamin, mineral, tumeric, B12 and krill oil for my omega 3's. I truly think if you give your body what it needs, it will heal itself. Thanks Live Wise for these convenient drops! Oh, and I've had both the peppermint and regular. Both are fine!

Vitamin D is such an important substance - and it doesn't really function as a Vitamin, but more along the lines of a hormone. Having optimum levels of Vit D is associated with a drastic reduction in so many serious conditions including cancer, cardiovascular disease and many others. Having insufficient or deficient levels is associated with a marked increase in risk for these same health problems. As I became aware of just how very important this previously poorly understood substance is, I realized I needed to become aggressive in treating my long term deficiency. After looking into the various products offered on Amazon, I settled on this one as I was already familiar with the company through their Methyl B12 drops, which I use to great effect on a daily basis.

I started using this D3-K2 product back in Oct/Nov 2016. I used it fairly inconsistently at first (I would simply forget), then started using it almost every day starting the beginning of 2017. My Dr. wanted me to take 50,000 a week or 10,000/day to bring my Vit D level up, which was very, low, sitting around 12. My Vit D levels have consistently been either deficient or insufficient (even with other supplementation) ever since we started monitoring them about 2006.

Just had my Vit D levels checked again a month ago, and my Vit D levels had risen to 44.5. I'm shooting for between 50 and 70 which is a therapeutic optimal range from what I understand. This is the first time in 11 years my Vit D levels have been near optimal or even normal levels. I do not use tanning beds, it's been winter and mostly overcast, and I don't get much sun exposure, so this very dramatic change in Vit D levels is tied directly to this product.

Needless to say I find this product VERY Effective and will continue using it. The fact that the D3 is balanced with K2 is a definite plus - Vit K is needed along with Vit D to help avoid problems that can arise from taking large doses of Vit D. And on top of all this, it tastes great too! Thank you for such a wonderful product.
