Best cheap piece of plastic ever.

Best cheap piece of plastic ever.
I’ve been seeing a physical therapist for headaches and recovering from hitting my head in a car wreck. The muscles in the left side of my neck have been getting tensed up and causing headaches. So in addition to prescribed exercises, he manually stretches that muscle in my neck. It feels great. That good-pain type of feeling followed by a great relaxed feeling after. We’ve spaced out my appointments, so I bought this so I could target that muscle myself. In the picture, I’ve got the balls positioned so that it’s pressing right on the muscle I’m targeting and I’m pulling down on it to provide pressure. I’ve also positioned it so I can lay down on the floor and rock it back and forth to work it a bit. It’s great. I’ve been doing this for the past three nights and it’s really helped my neck.WARNING: Keep in mind, I’m working on a problem area with full knowledge of what that problem is. Do not over work a tense muscle as you may cause injury, or in my case, headaches. I follow this up with a TENS device for 30 minutes to stimulate blood flow. This is adjustable. If you pull the orange piece away from the bar, it will disengage and allow you to rotate it in 90 degree increments. So basically, 4 positions available. So why not 5 stars?- It’s a little over priced for what it is.- The coating on the orange balls grips my hair and pulls it out. Granted, I have very fine hair. Recommend pulling hair back and up before use.- Only 4 positions possible for adjustment. Would love to have slightly more of an angle so I could lay back on it.Still, I’m loving it. Thumbs up.
