I have tried three (3) other manufacturer's who make and sell screen protector's for the Samsung Galaxy S4, all three (3) times my experiences were negative. Personally, I prefer to protect my Galaxy S4 with a OtterBox. As a Maintenance Manager, there are times where I am repairing broken water pipes 2-4 feet underground, pouring cement to make RV Park spaces for tenents, etc. Those are times I prefer not to have my phone in a OtterBox clipped to my belt. In times like this, it is best to just have a screen protector on my phone and my phone in my pants pocket. So, after purchasing Mr. Shield's 3-pack tempered glass screen protector's, applying one of the screen protector's to my phone, and using my phone for 5 days with it in my pants pocket. I am extremely impressed with the results and very happy with my purchase. The company who manufacturer's these screen protectors, in my honest opinion is doing everything right for their customers. I received my purchase on the date promised, the screen protector's where packaged in a specific way that I knew that a great deal of thought and time went into making sure that each customer would have a positive experience. The packaging to protect the product during shipping was outstanding, the instructions on how to apply the screen protector to your phone was simple, step by step, short and sweet. The instructions also included a short, printed note informing the customer that if there was any damage to the tempered glass during shipping, that if the customer needed any additional assistance applying the screen protector that the online video and step by step picture instructions didn't answer. There was two phone numbers to call and/or website page to contact customer service at for any and all customer support. In my 40 years of management and daily customer service and contacts, the number lesson and priority i have learned every single day is this. If you and the company you own or work for wants to be successful. The first and foremost rule everytime is "take care of your customers, treat each one with honesty, respect, value, and appreciation", because if you don't take care of the customer. You and your company have failed, your business will fail. If this happens you and your company are out of business, period! First impressions in life and in business are extremely important, they will make you or break you in that one opportunity and encounter. That is why I am impressed and now a loyal customer in the future when purchasing a product from this company. If like I you purchased a "film" screen protector several years ago that required you to carefully prepare your cellphone and then spray the surface before applying the protective film and then having to wait for 2 to 5 days for any bubbles or imperfections to clear, then you'll truly appreciate the beauty and ease of installing the Mr Shield screen protector. Today's technology employs a tempered glass protector (0.3 mm thick) that easily and accurately can be applied to the cellphone and once applied, your screen protector, immediately, looks perfect without any imperfections or bubbles.

By following the instructions presented in the package as well as in various 2 minute YouTube videos (link provided in package), the installation is easy, accurate and should take no longer than 15 minutes.

Finally, the well-designed 3-pack package (similar to a thin book) provides for 3 installations and carries a lifetime replacement warranty from the manufacturer with, I am told, excellent customer support. And all this for under $6... a great product at a very reasonable price. You won't be disappointed!

I was never able to put the old style screen protectors on my phone without leaving a bunch of bubbles so I was hesitant to try these. But I shouldn't have been. I am amazed how easy these protectors went on and with no bubbles. I did both my phone and my wife's in no time, both on the first try, and I still have a spare protector if one of ours gets scratched. I'll have to see how durable they are but I am sure they will be much better than the build in screen protectors on the phone cases we have. The seemed to scratch easily and they were dull to begin with. I forgot how vivid the Galaxy S4 screen was. Mr Shield's screen protectors really lets that vividness come thru. And what's so neat is all I had to do was peel those old protectors off the phone cases I have and I can still us the cases. I am very happy with my purchase and have already recommended to my friends and family.

Was Easier To Install Than I Expected

This screen protector was much easier to install than I expected. I tried several flimsy ones on an old phone and always got bubbles, hairs or lint under the screen. I've only used Otterbox Defender cases on my GS4 so far. But those are kinda bulky and hard to remove so I wanted to try a slimmer case and needed a screen protector. When you open the packaging, there's a note that gives Mr. Shield's website directing you to a video to watch before installing. Watch the video. There's also step by step instructions in the packaging. The alcohol wipe was a big help removing hairs and fingerprints. Mine only came with 2 alcohol wipes, but it came with 3 screens and 3 dust wipes. Spend time prepping the screen protector and phone screen as the instructions explain. I did this and the screen protector went on with no bubbles and no debris underneath. I've only had it on for a few hours so far, so we'll see how it holds up. But application was not hard at all.

It says it has a hardness of 9 in the description, but I seriously doubt it. I know that Gorilla Glass hardness is comparable to that of sapphire, which is also 9 on the Mohs scale of hardness and that regular glass is much softer, closer to a 7 on the Mohs scale. But, this is my third 3-pack of the same brand. Either I'm very lucky to have saved my screen from total destruction, or unlucky to continue to purchase a product that does not perform as expected. No way for me to really tell unless I try a genuine Gorilla Glass and put it to the test.
