Pioneer Plus Is a brand of Cedar Fort Publishing and Media, but was not always owned and operated by them. Pioneer Plus was founded October 12, 1978 by James A. Krueger in Tacoma Washington under the name of Pioneer Gifts. On August 21, 1996 the name was changed to Pioneer Plus in an attempt to gain more business. In November of 2004 Pioneer Plus was purchased by Lyle Mortimer past owner of Cedar Fort Publishing and Media. The two companies were combined and Pioneer Plus began to flourish.
Pioneer Plus is known for being the first to create and make the very popular "CTR" rings or "Choose The Right" rings as well as making a wide range of gift items, Games, Jewelry, Home decor and more. Even though Cedar Fort is a multi million dollar company, the Pioneer Plus portion of the company is primarily ran by only three people. A designer a manager and a sales specialist. The three together not only to find and design new products and ideas but also bring them to life and allow as many people as possibly to receive our products into their homes. We believe that having our products will allow you to improve the quality of your life today, yesterday and tomorrow.
About Us
Cedar Fort began in 1986 with Lyle Mortimer and Lee Nelson working together to release the book Beyond the Veil, Volume 1. Since then, Cedar Fort has grown and currently produces uplifting fiction and non-fiction books that are known across the globe. We have a solid catalog of LDS fiction and non-fiction, general release titles, including cookbooks, clean romance, and young adult adventures, and an LDS-oriented product line.
