I wear a ring that, over time, gets residue/buildup, and I was advised by a jeweler to see if I could manage to take the ring off when showering/doing skin care stuff the soap/body products were getting stuck to it.

This product comes in various options, and I am happy with the color I chose. Some other reviewers mentioned it, the cat is not that strongly fixed to the plate. I had to move it around and accidentally put some pressure on the cat, causing the feet to snap off the base plate. It's nothing that some super glue can't fix, but I think it could have been originally affixed much better than it was. However, this was inexpensive and feel was worth the money and is working for its intended purpose.
