Although this Aveeno mineral sunscreen may leave a slight cast, I’ve found it to be better than some of the other more ‘pricy’ ones. It doesn’t leave your face feeling sticky but is absorbed like a good face cream. My husband, who is outside every day, also uses it. While I have fair skin, he has a darker complexion. After he applies it, the cast seems to disappear within a short time.
I use it after applying my usual moisturizers in the morning & I put a fair amount on my fingers & dot it all over my face (makes it easier to spread it evenly), making sure I rub it in. After leaving it on for about 5~10 minutes, I apply my makeup as usual. I use Simple micellar facial gel wash to remove makeup at the end of the day.

Works great but it is so hard to spread
It really does work great. I have PMLE and have no symptoms after being in the sun and wearing this sunscreen. However, it is very difficult to spread and even after I try really really hard, my skin looks white-ish and chapped. I’m in my 30’s and my skis is not this dry.I also have a hard time taking it off even with soap!For the face, its not that great because sweat drops are obvious and its really hard to apply makeup afterwards.
