i was hoping it would be more shiny but i actually like the matte because it hides fingerprints well and it is a nice finish, my fault for not really reading it better. easy to put on, just takes awhile because i was trying to be careful not to break the snaps. it came really fast and it’s nice and sleek looking and will protect against scratches. i can’t speak on durability because i did just get it, so if i remember i’ll try to update my review after a few weeks with going back and forth from school. so far, so good! this will only fit the a1932 model- just be aware of that!3 months later & it’s still holding up nicely. i commute to school so taking it back and forth hasn’t been an issue, keeps my laptop protected and safe! no scratches or anything, snaps are still fine.

I was worried when I read some of the reviews about it not fitting their computer. This fits my computer perfectly. I made sure it matched the model number that was listed. I had this same cover for my larger MacBook and was glad to be able to find it for my new computer. It’s a matte finish so it doesn’t leave fingerprints. Glad I ordered this one again!!

Nice hardshell case and easy to install.

I like the marble look. It has a matte feel to it . It was very easy to install. I liked how it came with a screen protector. The screen is very clear with the screen protector. Unfortunately, since the marble case has a matte feel, fingers prints are easily shown on the case. This is a very nice case. It's worth the buy.
