Such a cute costume. Well made and not scratchie. My grand daughter had a fun time this past Halloween wearing it. Shipping was fast, The only thing she didn't care for was the bow headband. As she is only two of was not the fashion accessory she wanted to wear. I don't think the designers thought that one out. Lots of compliments though and a cute dress she could wear for other occasions. Size chart was true to age, weight and size. Good buy.

This dress is soooo cute!!!! The fluff in the bottom doesn’t point directly out like most Tulle does. This has the perfect amount of puff, as well as length. She wore it to her second birthday party. And we got so many compliments. My only problem was that the ribbon/tie for around the waist, started to rip, and by the end of the evening is was barely hanging on. It’s not a terrible fix if you know what you are doing. And it was okay enough to get through the day. But if you plan to use this outside of an event, I would think twice. Other than that, this is perfect for what we were using it for. It is soft, and comfortable. My daughter never showed any signs of frustration with the tulle. I didn’t get good pictures with her in it because she would not sit still for me. Lol.
