I originally bought this to use with my cat, but my sister pointed out the leash may be too heavy for a cat.
Upon receiving the item, we deducted that yes, the leash does feel a bit too weighty for a cat.

However!

We own 2 dogs that we walk practically daily, and upon seeing these could not be used for my cat, my sister was super excited to try them for the dogs.

Everything came packaged as promised; two leashes, a black and a purple one, a silicone pop up dog bowl, and a little poo bag dispenser.

On the leashes;
We use these with the old harnesses that the dogs have had for a while.
These leashes are WONDERFUL. They elasticity in them is perfect for our dogs. One likes to try and dig her paws in the ground to stop and sniff, and if we didn’t notice it could feel like we were having our arm ripped off, when we were suddenly jerked to a stop. The pressure on our arms from this was a lot less intense, thanks to the slight stretch that the material of the leash has. It was more of a slight rubber band effect, when the dog suddenly pulled us to a stop.

The foamy grip on the handle of the leash is a lot more pleasant than just braided rope, as well.

The material feels sturdy enough to lead me to believe it will last, and the clip is nice and sturdy.

The added silicon bowl is a nice addition, and today our dogs really appreciated it, as they got to take a drink of water as we stopped to put our older dog in his carriage. (He’s an old boy with a bum front leg thanks to genetics and arthritis, so he has a stroller.) They’re both large dogs, so the bowl is a little small for them, but it’s still workable.

The poo bag dispenser is a nice bonus as well, but my sister already has a better quality one, so we haven’t used it yet. It doesn’t feel like the best dispenser, but as a little bonus, I’m not upset at that at all.

I like these types of leashes , the handles are extremely comfortable. They don't tangle. However , the clip with the little container for the poop bags didn't last long. I'm sure it's my fault. My Shadow likes to roll around in the ground a lot , so I'm sure that did it in. These are great and I recommend them.
